It's probably a lovely community on the whole and certainly cute enough avs, but not my style. xD Menew is my favourite of all the avy sites 've seen up lately.

I think I've only fished MAYBE 10 - 20 times or close to it. Its boring and pointless to me so I could never get into it.

Hmm i didn't read much of the website yet. Read the TOS and such and thats about it. Got the basics of rules on similar to this place but.. of anything else, nah. Haven't been there no more then an hour yet.

Iunno, Roli sounds interesting at first, but quickly lost my enthusiasm. xD I skimmed places I could make my new home there, like the art forum here is for me, and right there in the roleplay section there's 'do not cyber, if you want to cyber, go back to Gaia'. And the such. =/ A few other forum specific rules say things like 'discuss Gaia and you'll be banned'. Totalitarianism doesn't appeal to me too much. xD

I favour my LJ the most likely. xDD

Wow, that is pretty strict. And I for one loath the Roli avi's, they look so stiff and there's just something wrong with the heads; they look too square to me. Just my opinion, don't stone me. ^^; I personally am rather fond of the Eternal Nox avatars as they're in correct proportion.

I didn't understand what you guys meant by the layout being squished as I have a pretty wide resolution here at home; but when I logged on at the computer at the anime store to show Liz something, it was - as you say - squished so that the Dashboard became a vertical menu bar instead of horizontal, and the news ticker was underneath the "my avatar" tab on the main page. I can see how you are frustrated now, heh. Completely.

Oh, I hate the heads. xDD And they are too stiff/can't stand the arm positioning, but I still like the avys better than some sites. And I quite like the Eternal Nox avvies. Another site I've considered joining cause the community is so small, but I really don't like certain aspects of the male avatars AT ALL. xD And the pixel shading isn't my favourite. Definitely an interesting site though. <3

And yeah, it is strict. =/ Frankly, even if I hold the same opinions as an avatar forum, and can certainly respect all sites have different sets of rules, I find the bashing really unnecessary. It's like, 'don't even join and enjoy our site if you can't think this way about this'. D: ; Not cool. Ah well. xD

EDIT: Plus I'm getting annoyed with digital cameras. I have one that I bought a couple years ago and I had thought it just stopped working because when we put batteries in it it would turn on then immediately turn off. I went to Wal-Mart today and bought another one. Just for shits and giggles I put the batteries in my old digital camera and it turned on and worked just fine. So now I'm going to have to take this other one back for a refund because we really probably can't afford it. But I like it a little better than my other one. Oh well. Anyway, I turned it back on so I could take the 2 pictures off that I took with it and it's got low batteries already. WTF! I hate batteries, augh! ><

D: That sucks~. Methinks this is a secret picture. xDD

Guh, photoshop actually just crashed on me and I lost a WIP 'd been doing for hours. Not cool. T0T

Yeah, I had gone from about 5% (only the dark-haired one 's [Rage?] head inked and colored) to 99% (everything but the tails shaded) done and photoshop started to freeze. I right-click-closed it from the taskbar and somehow that made it work again and I didn't lose anything - thank GOD. DX I was so pissed when I didn't know what to do. ugh.

Truly, it's an evil program. D8 Tends to be a necessary evil, though. </3 It always lags my computer to death and then freezes if I'm not careful about what else I have running. Dx

It always happens to me when I make the window of the picture I'm working on smaller and then try to maximize it again. It just goes blank and I can't use any of the buttons or anything. So frustrating. =\

It does the same thing to me, too. -_-;; I'd ask which version you have, but it's no good as I don't even know mine off the top of my head. XD
