First-could you draw something by looking at real pictures?
second-could you do a couple?
and third-how much would the heavy bribe have to be?

I can, I've done a grid style where I draw out the whole picture as it looks in the photograph so it's a realistic type picture but it's exactly the same as the photograph I've drawn from. I can also do the people in a picture in my style - I've done that a few times.

Absolutely!

how much would the heavy bribe have to be?
Depends on the medium you'd want. Ink probably around the panda slippers or masks range. Digital painting pudao/fan/crowns range. Marker around the st. pat's to valentine's range. This is for a couple and probably a semi-decent background.
