I'm an ESL teacher in Taiwan moahahaha! I get $32.50 US per hour which is very very very nice lmao.

I have to walk a whole 2 blocks to work...and chances are as soon as I step out the door, I will be soaked to the core. That's the thing about Taiwan rain. Monsoon rain. Whatever. It comes in so fast you don't notice it till your drenched. And then, in 2 minutes, it's gone, leaving you cold and wet >.<

Not at all. Been a long time since the last holiday. It was in Feb (chinese new year) and that's 2 weeks. The only holiday over the whole year. So no, I can't go home T_T. I miss my sister so much. She has grown up while I have been away and no I don't know her anymore. Makes me sad cos we used to be so close.

I can't fully relate since I was never close to anyone in my family, so it was easy for me to move away, but I can definitely imagine how bad that it can be and then multiply that by ten.

Meh, my family was always weird. I know all my second cousins and all of that. Extended family is like close family in my case. Weird I know but I liked it. Ment I got my Christmas prezzies lmao. And birthday gifts too. But not in the last 2 years. I haven't even had emails of phone calls on my so-called "special day". Makes me feel super isolated. T_T

My family was never like that. I think everyone in my family hates each other, so they stay away.

I'm still really sorry though, it must be hard to go from being close, to having no contact. T_T I hope things in your family situation change, no one deserves to feel isolated.

I've no clue why they hate each, really. I just know that they do. For me? I don't hate hate them (my extended family I barely even know), but my close family... Let's just say that my mother is only 'complete' when she has all of her time to waste with a guy. She was never around.
My Father died in March, but I haven't seen in him twelve years since their divorce. And my siblings... just aren't all that right.

really, that's really cool. I had no idea. I could immagine, i could not live without the snow. I love everything about winter, and what not.. its just a killer time. I can't believe a place that's so busy would have nother really to do. That's fakin lame man.

yeah snow is kick ass darlin. Well I'm going camping heh. And by camping I mean my friend is bringing a couch out to the beach, we rented a few lots put up some tents, and we're going to be listening to tunes and being rowdy for a few days.

Its going to be so much fun.. I can't wait for fishing and swimming and wat not. So freaking awesome.
