I figured out what it's called!
On your last thread I suggested a certain style if you could get it on photoshop. It's called vector art lol
It would fit really well with your style!

I see this time you changed the face shape!
I would add in some advice but I'm not sure what you want advice on x3

anyways the hair down at the bottom would work better if you put them to the side of the face ^^

It's cute, but the hair at the bottom looks out of place, and the eye has no real character, but it's cute over all.
