"i dont mind really, my birth mother died giving birth to me, and my mom now was the nurse who delivered me, cool huh?" I look over at the table "well, we better go eat before it gets cold.." i go up to the table and pull out my chair, sitting down carefully::

Kane smiled.
"Snooping is as good a reason as any. Go right ahead." He softened his idiotic grin as she spoke of her mother. He turned to the picture again and placed his hands behind his back.
"Well..I guess I can understand...our parents died when I was thirteen...but I'm glad that you were able to get a home really wuick..some people don't get adopted at all." He followed her gaze and smiled rubbing his hands together.
"Heh heh heh....let's I'm starving."

::I looked to him when he spoke of his own parents "oh, Kane, Im so sorry to hear that... is there anything I can do for you to help?" I may have been a few years to ask if he needed help, but she was trying not to make him feel worse about it.
I eat slowly, looking at him under my bangs "i hope you like it, im kinda new at the whole cooking thing..." Misty sits beside Kane and gives him BIG eyes, knowing theyre eating she mews at him::

He smiled across at her shaking his head.
"Naw, they tried to send me to a psychaiatrist...but that didn't work, besides I'm not sad about it or anything...because I know they're still watching out for me, just like your mom is watching out for you." He smirked and hid his hand as he slipped the cat a hunk of steak. One peice couldn't hurt. He took a bite out of his own plate and almost died.
"It's offical." He was on the verge of tears and clasped his hands together.
"Please let me live under your sink, I can be your garbage disposal, I don't eat much really!!"

::i laughed nervously "u-under my sink?? Its that good?? My mom makes better food..." I nibble on my fork and i sip my drink. "And i do believe my real mother is watching over me, and for some reason, I think she sent you to me... I feel so safe around you, and like i can tell you anything...:: Oreo flew around the house with a huge white feather in her mouth, playing with it fiercely; i didn't notice her. Misty purred and ate the food he slipped her quickly, and rubbed against his leg in thanks::

Kane nodded all but shovelling it all into his mouth.
"You're stuck with me now, I warned you that once you feed this stray you can't get rid of him." He smiled glad to see that she wasn't going to start freaking out on him and trying to run into any more bathrooms.
"If your mom really sent me...She's either got a major sense of humor...or she's got me pegged wrong." He blushed and scratched the back of his head.
"You're really too nice, so I wouldn't start hanging around me too much or people might start thinking that I've corrupted you." He glanced over at the other cat and tilted his head.
"Another feather?" With a shrug he leaned down and ran a hand along the feline that was trying to knock him out of his seat.

::Dinner was now gone and I took his dish and mine and started washing them "Um so, now what??" I still didn't notice Oreo running amuck.
I looked to him about what he said about me hanging around him "Oh, i see, well then ill have to pack you your own lunch so were not seen together in school..." i sighed deeply, and thought "its for the best, i guess..." It was around 6pm now.::

He smirked as she took his plate.
"Well, that would be up to you." Then he about fell out of his chair laughing.
"I told you you can't get rid of me now, besides, I don't care what people think." While Risa was busy with the dishes, Kane noticed that her cat, the one with the feather was heading right for her legs, she was still playing, but Kane didn't want her to tangle up into Risa's legs and trip her up, so he moved over and intercepted the feline and she made one last pounce on the feather, scooping them both up into his arms.
"There ya go." He said.
"Hey Risa, which one of your cats is this one?" He pulled the feather from her mouth and dangled it next to her paw, smirking everytime she batted it.

I look over at him as he played with Oreo and my eyes widened when I saw my feather, but tried not to make a big deal about it "Oh thats Oreo, shes the younger, more playful one. She loves to play with the feathers I bring home for her." I finish the dishes and sit on the couch, and it grows quiet, an awkward silence "So..." i twiddle my fingers, unsure what to do now. It starts to get dark outside::

"Popular? That's a new one. They really say all that stuff about me?" He chuckled.
"I'm surprised, the way that you freaked out when I talked to you I figured every other girl would be afriad of me too." He nearly jumped out of his skin when his back pocket rang rather loudly. He apologized silently as he set Oreo on the floor. He made his way into the living room and flipped it open.
"Yeah?" He asked already knowing who was calling.
WHERE IS MY CAMERA!!?? Juri's voice screamed over the phone. Kane jerked it away from his ear and grimaced.
"How should I know you had it last."
Oh really? GAAAHHH!!!! She rattled the phone with her cry.
That means I left it at the fountain!!! Go get it for me!! They want the pictures I took tomorrow morning!! Kane sighed, more gophering he had to do, he agreed and snapped the cell shut.
"Uh Risa." He said poking his head back into the other room.
"Juri left her camera somewhere int he park so I've got to run and get it. Thanks for dinner and everything." He waved and headed for the door pausing to actually tie his shoes this time.

Kane raced off into the dark, he wasn't sure of where Juri left her camera, but he'd better get it back soon if he wanted to sleep in his own bed that night.

::i burst into the classroom with my toast hanging out of the side of my mouth, sweat dripping down the side of my face and plop into my chair, breathing heavily. I unpack my bag and the bell rings- only 10 minutes left til class starts. I keep both bento boxes in my backpack and i smile to myself, looking out the window, its a gorgeous day, for a monday anyway...:

For once, Kane was on time, slipping into his seat in the back and ignoring the rumbling of his stomach...why couldn't lunch be before class? First period and already he was thinking about food instead of the lesson.
He leaned his head on his desk and watched out the window.
roofroofroofroof He chanted over and over in his mind trying not to think about it...he was sticking around for class...but that was only so he could stay next to Risa....and her lunch.

::I saw him sneak in and i laughed, biting off a piece of toast and slipping him the rest "i heard your stomach growl coming in" i smile at him out of the corner of my eye, and turn back around, getting ready for English class. Everyone seemed restless this morning, which was unusual, for it being a Monday morning. the teacher wasn't here yet, and some grew excited that there would be no class today::

He silently squeed and grinned despite the rather...loud rumble from his black hole and thanked her.
"You're a Saint." He muttered wolfing down the toast she'd given him. He looked around and then set his head on his hand bored.
"Great the one day I'm actually here and the Teach's a no-show."

::I laugh at him, " you should really eat in the morning, its not healthy not not eat when you wake up..."
Just then the teacher walked in "ALLL RIGHT, traffic was insane, everyone take your seats and please take out the book we were reading on Friday, Ice and Snow and we'll get started."
I take out my book and let out a yawn, it was going to be a boring day, i had a feeling, and look out the window. The morning sun shined in and another feather fell from my pant leg onto the floor. i start taking notes in my notebook and rest my head on my hand.::

"Yeah I know, can't help it I want out of the house as soon as possible in the morning...don't have time for breakfast."
Kane muttered angrily underhis breath and hauled the book out from his pack.
This sucks. He thought, not once in his entire school life had he cracked a book and now this stupid thing...gag.

A few of the students turned around and giggled at him, some just stared in amazement.
I smile and wonder why the teacher picks him out all the time... my wings rustle under my clothes and i get a cramp, i close my eyes in pain and just try to deal with it::

Kane smirked.
"Nothing really...just wanted to see what you'd do about that 'Kick Me' sign on your back Teach." He smiled innocently knowing full well that there was none...but just to see the instructor try to find it was worth sitting through any length of dribble to see.

My eyes tightened as i put my head down, the agony of this cramp was almost unbearable, i started to quiver all over. I crossed my legs and clenched my teeth and looked around, to make sure noone was looking at me. everyone seemed to be writing, reading or asleep. I moved my wings under my clothes, the back of my shirt and my hair lifted slightly as i tried to relieve the pain, but it didnt work, it seemed to make it worse.... i begin to sweat, my feet start to twitch, I tried not to think about the immense pain::
