He didnt move from his spot, eyes following and analyzing his every movement. Hearing the door open he spun his head around to see who would have come all the way to the roof. He seemed a bit puzzled noting that is was just two fangirls, not the swarm he imagined. He stood up and spun on his heel to face them, Kane still in the corner of his eye.

(hahah, silly me.)

::I panted havily "One of those guys from the other day.." pant... "said he did something to Juri...in class..." I sit down, sweating and look over at Zahara and give him a dumbfounded smile and waved tiredly "hey"::

"Juri.. your sister Juri?" He turned to Kane not liking where this was going.

Kane's hands dropped to his side...no that...that wasn't...he couldn't have...Juri was at Okikiu's....Jerry....Jerry was watching out for her...he promised Kane as Juri's manager he'd...he'd.
"JURI!!!!!" He didn't waste another second. He had to know, he had to. Kane was down the stairs in a bound forgetting what stairs are for and jumping all the way to the bottom. Then taking off like a shot he shoved his way through the crowds of students.

bu-bump bu-bump Time slowed to a crawl and all he could hear was the beating of his own frantic heart.
Juri. He thought.
Be safe...please...if I lost you..... He dared not even think of what would happen.

:"who's juri? and what happened to her?" i just sat there even more confused, i didnt want to get caught up in any trouble, i was just the new girl trying to make a couple of friends and here, before my first day i had already found myself in a sticky situation, now what am i gonna do?:

::i look over at Yumi "Juri is his older sister, c'mon we should follow him... just in case he needs us...hey, Zahara, you coming??" I look over sat the puzzled kid still sitting on the roof and wait for his reply::

:"oh, his sister.." no wonder why the guy left in such a panic, i felt so bad for him, i know what its like not having anyone.."i can't go, i wish i could im so sorry! but i have to be home, i start class tomorrow though, so i'll see you then right?", i felt so guilty leaving them in such a situation, but it wasn't something i planning to happen:

He watched Kane tense up and ran into the direction he shot into, making sure to keep up with him as much as he could through all of the confusion. I am not letting this one out of my sight He jumped down the stairs, gliding a bit as he descended behind him. "Where are you headed Kane? I might be able to help you"

::i nodded at Yumi "sorry we gotta cut this so short, ill see ya" he took her hand and bowed then ran after Zahada. Being behind him i saw his slight glide and wondered for a second, then just brushed it off "HEYYYY WAIT FOR ME!" i ran after him, leaving a trail of feathers behind me::

"JUST SHUT UP AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!" He cried over his shoulder breaking through group after group of buched studnets, kocking most of them into the wall clearing a pathway to the door..to Juri. He was almost stopped by a teacher, but he shoved past and kept going offering no expliantion.

Okiku's was a mess by the time he got there. Jerry was stumbling out of the door holding a wet cloth to his head where it bled profusely.
"Jerry!" Kane called racing to him.
"What happened?! Where's Juri!?" The manager shook his head.
"N-No clue....they...they came so fast....I don't know what happened to her..she was right beside me and then....wham..." Kane stood stiffly, that wasn't good enough for him. He rammed his fist into the side of the building, tears streaming down his face.
"JURI!!!!!!"

:feathers...wait, did she just drop those feathers?? so..does she? no...can it be? i stood there in a pile of questions then i looked at my watch..crap! almost 4! i gotta go! as i ran home, i thought about the situation my new "friends" had gotten into.."i hope they'll be okay" i whispered to myself:

::i stopped in my tracks when i heard him scream, I had almost forgotten, Im merely his chef. I stayed there, standing n the hallway, no one was in sight.::

He slipped through and over students who have been pushed and toppled over and ignored Kane's wishes to be left alone. What good are you if you are dead? I will follow wether you like it or not. He thought to himself leaping over a teacher dressed like a navy captain, keeping stern eyes on Kane and his sudden movements. Upon reaching Juri's work he stood still, allowing Kane a respectable amount of space as he spoke with one of the workers. Not knowing what has happened or where his sister was.

"I'll kill 'em." Kane said at long last.
"I'll kill every last one of them if they've even laid a finger on Juri." He turned stiffly, walking out past Jerry and out into the street.
He glared at Zahara who seemed to have followed him and he growled.
"Stay away from me if you want to live Drac...I cause nothing but problems for those I'm around." He stalked off in the directon of the train yard...if that's where any gangs were he knew that those punks would be holed up there.

Juri woke to the sound of a blade...she cracked an eye careful not to let them know she was awake and counted her guards.
One..two...there's three here...and God knows how many outside. She gritted her teeth as she heard them talk about her brother.
"Heh..little Kane should be coming here any minute now..with our messenger and our reputation...he'll come for his precious sister." She cursed silently. What did these guys want with Kane?

::i looked up and ran off to a nearby classroom, there was a lost and found box there with a girls gym tank top there. she looked around quickly and took off her long pants and changed her shirt, taking off her bra as well- it was hard to fly fast with it on. I broke though the ties that tied my wings to my body and slipped the tank on.

I ran down the empty hallway my huge wings following behind me and i jumped, catching a draft, flying through the hallway, about 6 inches from the ground. My wings barely fit the hall as i reached my locker, i threw my shirt inside and headed for the roof "Kane, im coming..." i burst the door open and get a running start before i catch a hefty breeze and fly up over the treetops, very careful as not to be seen. i have on my skirt and tank::

"According to you Dracula is already dead." He followed him as he walked off. "Are you sure you have all of your information together? You should plan a bit more before taking matters in your own hands.. hasty actions could put both you and others at risk. Does your city have no police force?" He quickened his pace to meet him. "What I am saying is you have nothing but your fists, while there could be men with weapons waiting for you, that is, if you are headed in the right direction."

::i fly overhead of them, rooftop to rooftop, i whisper to myself "Juri, please be alright...." tears filled my eyes, still thinking about what he said and i think 'im only following in case Juri needs me, or they need help I can alert someone..' i breathe deeply, the wind whips through my hair, but I keep up the pace.:

"I know where I'm going.....I lied before...I used to traffick all kinds of stuff for those guys...being the toughest fighter in the district I could make most runs....but then I wanted out....and now they have Juri...Police can't get involved...it would kill her to see me get arrested. They're aren't that many....if I'm lucky I can take them alone...so just go home before you really die." He started to get faster and faster as he talked anger welling up inside him till he was ready to break a tree in half.
He was going to finish this once and for all.

"..I figured that you were hiding something.. Police involvement is out of the question then. This is a personal fight.. I will stay out of sight.. But if I feel things are getting out of hand I will not hesitate to intervene.." He ran foward quickly, darting to the side and faded into the background.

::i landed on a roof, a bit tired from the quick moving pair below me, i landed on a 3 story building beside the train yard ahead. I panted heavily and brought my wings close to my body, so they weren't AS noticeable, some feathers flickered before me and danced in the wind past Kane. the setting sun was behind me, so i was only a silhouette- planned out perfectly just in case someone saw me. I watched on::

Kane smirked, his face dark and angry.
"You do and see how many teeth you're picking up off the concrete." He muttered racing on. He had to get to Juri.

....speaking of which.....

Three thugs went flying across the room and hit four more that were coming in from the back.
"Idiots!!" She cried.
"You never let your hostage get loose!! Not even if she's 'willing'!!" Typical...Kane's inspiration, Juri was giving lessons to punks on how to do their job while she did hers....laughing as she hoisted one over her shoulder, she figured all those K-1 fights she'd watched paid off in the end.

::I sat down and watched, bewildered at what was going to happen. I sighed deeply, my hair flew into my face and i took in the somewhat calm surroundings around me. I watched Zahara, watching from the shadows, getting ready to pounce, if anything go too out of hand. I couldn't predict what anyone was going to do next. All I knew was, that I was here if I was needed. Someones life was more important than my secret, and I felt okay with that.::[/list]

Kane slipped quietly through the cars that had been left there hunkered close to the ground, his arms limp by his side. He stopped behind one car that had more than it's share of grafitti and took a look around...there were three thugs standing next to the door where the foreman's office used to be...but then there may be more inside..Kane shook his head, he didn't have time for this..true, he may be putting his sister in more danger by hauling off and taking them all out..but he couldn't just dit by and wait for them to get tired of her...they would keep her alive long enough to kill him....He narrowed his eyes...then he couldn't die just yet. He circled around to find a few crates that had been stacked by the back window, he smiled as he thought. The roof would be unguarded...and he could just 'drop' in on his old friends. He smirked as he climbed.

Juri's knee connected with one's face as she plowed on, taller than most women her age, she was proving her worth, and keeping her captors on their backs...until she let one of them slip in behind her and the cool feel of Gunmetal pressed against her back.
"Now, girlie.." The punk said blowing a stream of smoke past her ear.
"You're going to calm down and wait for your brother like we told you...." He pressed harder.
"Aren't you?"

((aww I'm sorry you woke up late...I didn't have to go today, Have a good lunch though!! XD))

He walked along the outer area of where all of the activity was taking place. Keeping low and scanning for movement he watched Kane's head pop out from the side of the building. The roof, how predictable.. One of his arms guarding across his upper chest, the other positioned across the lower torso and groin area.
(Yay for counter blocks XD This block has come in handy outside of the studio a number of times for me. >.> I will teach you this also.. you will become a mighty fighting cook who knows basic Japanese, bwuahaha)

::I yawned and waited for something to happen and thought to myself "maybe Im really not needed...." the loose fitting top was pretty comfortable, and the breeze blew right through it, i closed my eyes enjoying this feeling of being somewhat free.
