Today was a day off in Lithuania. Because our Independence day was on a Saturday. Yay for mom staying home and making lunch! :9

I refreshed and saw several posts, thusly my mind exploded. *nod*

I have the whole week off, but I have a lot of stuff I should do. Laundry is probably my top priority once I'm not so sick. x.x;; Then homework. I have a midterm due this week, among other things.

President's day is an American federal holiday. It celebrates our presidents (and is right between Lincoln's birthday and Washington's birthday).

I am showered now. ^-^ And wet and in towels. Two, to be specific.

My clothes are sorted, but I got a bit dizzy from the head cold, so I'm taking a break before I shower/contemplate doing the laundry.

If I were to do all the laundry that needs to be done (towels, washcloths, bedding, etc.), I'd have seven loads. x.x; I think I can get most of my clothes done in three or four loads. I'm not sure just yet.

You guys seem to have slowed down on the posting since I've left to join mom on her Soap TV.

Showers! I took an amazing, long soak in a scented bath last night! My whole body stills savours of soft lavenders :>

I'm not so lucky with the colors the bath water turns when you throw the powder/salt ball in, though. My first one turned yellow, so I felt like I was laying in pee that smells nice. The second left crystals on the bottom that scratched my back to blood. This last one made the water a soapy color, so my eyes started burning when I tried diving xP

Well, if you leave out the last paragraph, that sounds really nice Vari. XD <3

I miss baths - I don't have a bathtub in my bathroom, only a shower stall.

If I want to take a bath i need to use my house-mate's bathtub, and that's a little too strange for me. :lol:


The 7 loads of laundry I'm talking about are just clothes- I still have 2 sets of sheets I need to wash :roll:

I love taking baths, but I'm too tall for my tub, so I rarely do it. x.x;

I still need my shower. I should probably go do that soon.

Well, we are both definitely behind then. XD

I love taking baths too, but it doesn't work real well here. The water doesn't stay warm enough for a bath, and there seems to be a leak problem if the water gets too high.

I took a bath when I was visiting friends in Rochester a few months ago. I was really sick and just sat and steeped in the warmth until the water got cold- man did that make me feel better.

Now I really want a bath. xD It's chilly in here, plus I'm achy anyways from the cold.
