I have a lot of one person recipe's I invented, and I occasionally have issues with when I have guests to cook for because I don't know exactly how to work making the meal for multiple people. XD

Most of the stuff I make, I won't eat left over. Like Fried rice just does not taste as good even just an hour after it was made. Quesadillas, burritos, eggplant parmesian. It all seems like stuff that needs to be eaten immediately.

I agree completely. left overs just make me sad. But throwing away food makes me sad too. >.<
