Intro to the Quest

Over a year ago I joined Menewsha and over a year ago I started this quest. And now, I've been trying for the pure love sash for many months, since last Christmas. Honestly, I've given up hope, inflation has long since been a step ahead of me, now it's so many steps ahead that it occasionally laps me.
Anyway, I guess this quest thread remains now as something I can't stop pursuing, even though I don't honestly think I'll get there. Maybe some things are just a crazy dream . . .

Or Not!!
For nearly a year my thread was titled "...................................SAE is dreaming of a SASH".
Not anymore. My hopeless dream has been realized and I can not properly express the joy I feel. When I first started this thread, I did not hope for any v-day items, now I have them all and couldn't be more happy about it.
Thank you so so much to everyone who supported me along the way in this quest and a special thanks to the "giving back" auction and the quester's raffle.

Now is the time to look at the future, and to dream again.

It's so hard to quest for the crown. It's so expensive I feel I'll never actually reach my goal because of inflation, but I do hope I can get it.

I know how that feels, I made a dream avi and found out that it was well over 4000 gold. :shock:

Do you roleplay? It would probably help make gold while having fun!

The crown could potentially be 4000, just for one item. I should be able to reach that in little over a month, but by then, what price will it be?

Yep, I roleplay. It's kind of difficult to find active roleplays.

Heh, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I think in general people know what you were talking about. ^^

I'm sure you'll find someone who will sell the crown to you without it being too much higher... hopefully. Yeah, about the active roleplays. I found that many of the ones I was interested in either were dead or not accepting new people.

But, either way, good luck getting the Queen's crown! I'm new too, so I totally know what you mean about all the items seeming attainable. Even if gold is harder to get. :wink:

Ack--I was worried that it sounded different than I meant it. I just am not great at drawing and slow at it. So I was warning that I'd only actually finish a select few. If you still are interested an example is in the thread now. I'll see if I can get to it. No guarententees it would be anytime soon. I need to finish my schoolwork before the year begans and I've got tons of it.

English student of the year this last year x3 (There are about 3 or 4 for my catagory [I still can't spell for beans])

So I couldn't say I didn't want to take it. I'm considered one of the most qualified people in my year. When I suggested against it my teacher was shocked and several people were offended. Augh -o-;. Ah well. I should consider myself lucky.
