Siz ~ No worries. Ya it was not taken care of AT ALL. We found it with a bunch of old camping gear. All the stuff I've read says that the first stuff you should cook in it after reseasoning is high fat food. And no acidic food like tomatoes and stuff. So I'll probably cook bacon in it or something to help with the seasoning process. I'm cooking chicken tacos tomorrow.. maybe if I get the pot cleaned up before then I can make the chicken in it instead of the crock pot.. though I don't know if taco seasoning is considered acidic or not..?
