XD I love taking pictures of myself, and making silly faces, and showing people funny things I have and stuff (like stuffed animals), having a webcam makes all that easier. There is also a built-in-microphone in our laptop too! So I can have video calls and stuff with my friends that have microphones and webcams too. n wn

My family had our kitchen, and two of our bathrooms, and the floor in our entry way, redone a few years ago (three or four), the people we hired did an amazing job. ^__^ They all look lovely.
We wanted to hire them again to redo our attic, once we got the stairs and such built for it (it was going to be my new room, sadly, it never ended up happening...), but the leader guy moved back to where he was originally from. ; ~;
That guy has amazing skill, it's a shame, he could have made a fortune off us. x3;

Ya? It would be sooo nice to be able to hire someone to do all this work for us.. but we save a ton of money doing it ourself. It's just a lot of hard work but nothing we can't really do ourselves.

^__^;; My parents both worked full-time, and, well. We could afford it all at the time.

xp But my family's financial situation has changed a lot since their passing...Sooo. Now I wish they had put it into my college fund or something that is not a townhouse that I will only half-own (my sister and I each have half of the house).

xp I bet she and I will fight over it, just like we fight over everything else (we have two computers now, and we still fight over who gets which one on which days). XD;;

At least they left you something though. You and your sister could sell the townhome.. I'm sure that would give you plenty of money for college. It took my sister moving 500 miles away for us to start getting along so I know how you feel, in that regard.

She doesn't turn 18 until 3 years after I do, so I wouldn't have the money until I'm 21 or so, and already in college.
I also highly doubt she wants to sell it.

Well, it's an investment for the future then. When/if you ever do sell it you can use the money to pay off student loans at least (or some of them depending on what you go to school for!).
