I never remember what I paid for the items, so I honestly have no idea if I lose or gain on the deal XD;
The only ones I remember are the big purchases because I know I spent right around what they're commonly sold for :3

Yeah, I've seen people trying to sell them for 2 to 3k. I think that the highest price of 200g of one that was sold hurts though. People see that and they don't want to pay 3k. Of course, they'll have to break bad if they want one bad enough.
