xD When I turn 16, I'd better have a car or I'll throw a fit.

Or maybe not. o_O; If I got a car that early, I would crash it into a wall. Maybe 17?

I hate driving. I got my permit when I was 16.. I'm 17, and I still have my permit. It expires in September. I took my drivers test last month and failed it. They were cheap and took me on a newly constructed routerie (I don't know how to spell it). The first one in our state. Like I know how to maneuver that? To be fair, though, I did make a few wide turns. Other than that, I did fine. My parents made me practice the things they failed on. So I did great where people are expected to fail, and failed where people are expected to do great.

I really dislike driving, though. I barely got my 30 required hours of practice within the 14 months I had my permit.

I got nowhere to go. People come to me, I don't go to them. That's just how it is. It would be nice to see my girlfriend more often. But for that to happen I'd have to get a job to pay for the gas to go there and back.. and I don't feel like having a job right now, especially since it's not necessary. I'd much rather search for a sense of self-identity. If I had a job this summer, I wouldn't have learned 90% of the things I've learned.

I don't really plan on getting a job until I've passed college, but I guess I'm going to have to get one if I want a car. But like you said, I guess I really don't have anywhere that I have to go, so there shouldn't be any need for me to have a car. I think I'll save all that until 18. I'll get my permit at 16, but I'll get my car when I'm an adult that can take care of myself.

O_o; I'm planning my life at 14. Too much time on my hands, or a good thing?

It's not a bad thing. I plan for my life all the time. I don't like to plan too far ahead, though, because things not only change, but if I abide to the guidelines of one plan I might not realize what else I could do.

For example, I always wanted to be a video game designer. Then I met the girl I'm currently dating, and it turns out I'm extremely passionate about music, and I may become a musician. I'll travel the road of creating music, but I'm not going to plan on being a musician; there might be something else out there for me.

I'm loosely wrapping my plan around being a doctor and a part-time writer. A doctor because I've always wanted to help people, a writer because I wanted to make a difference with my writing.

I'm not sure if could be a doctor. I don't really like people. At all. I'd wind up pulling the plug on the people I don't like :[ Yeah, I'm mean like that. Hence why I'm not going to be a doctor x3

Writing is probably something I could do. But iunno. I'd miss the connection with other people; the interactiveness something like game design could bring. But then again, I'll probably be writing/singing songs, which is not much different from being a writer.

I want to be a doctor because I've always wanted to help people. But the problem is, could I handle it if someone under my care died, but I could have prevented it if I had certain information earlier? What if it was a child whose life I just lost? I worry about that sometimes.

But since doctor's a job where I can be around people, I see the writer half of the job that little getaway place where I can have a bit of quiet and my own little world. Not to mention, if I do bad, I can have my other job to continue to support me while I try my best to write something good.

Do you watch the tv show Scrubs?

Think of it this way; doctors are an extra accessory to health. A doctor never "fails", because what they do is like.. extra credit. If a patient dies, that's just nature taking course. If a patient lives, major congratulations.

Yeah, but I guess that won't keep me from freaking out. Though it will be a bit of a comforting though to my conscience.

I've never heard of that show. I watch House, though.

The songs are great, I think I first heard him on Billy and Mandy when I was ten, if not younger? One of my friends told me about the band, although I just recently found more of their music. I really love that one, 'When You're Evil'.

Anyway, good luck with the story thing; I'm not too good at stuff like that, although I do roleplay.

I didn't realize Voltaire sung Brains in the Grim Adventures until I visited his myspace page. I hadn't watched the episode in a while, but I remember it being one of my favorites. I felt stupid afterward, because it's such an obvious connection when you think about it.

I sang Brains a few times as well :]
