Phoenix Project is a pretty new Japanese band from what I can tell. : D They like doing covers of anime songs and make them absolutely rock. It's nearly impossible to get their CD, though. It took me some major searching and I could only find it in a nearly dead torrent. Thankfully it finished downloading. :B
