xD I think that's what got everything started...

I started watching Chobits, I forced my friends to watch it, and next think you know, they're addicted to anime. Besides one, who liked anime before me.

xD Yes, Sailor Moon. I actually remember the Korean version I used to watch. A part of the theme song had something to do with stairs.

@ Foggy - I guess so. I remember watching it and trying to memorize the theme song. xD I used to be so addicted to it when I was younger.

  Sailor Moon is dubbed/subbed in a bunch of different languages. Most of them are fan dubs and subs, which are better in my opinion. They stick with the direct translation and doctor it up in small amounts. But then again, if you want the hardcore version, you'd have to hunt that down in Japanese glory.

I never saw the Korean version.

@Senpy - Basically all animes are better in the Jap. version. Like Gravi, I refuse to watch that in English. x.x
I made the mistake of watching like the first 5 minutes of the Eng. dubbed episode and it sounded like the exact same person did every single voice. >.>
Not too mention they made Shuichi's voice too deep for the character. >.<

  Baja; I can agree to some extent. Some of the early Japanese anime was voice only by one character and because of that, the different characters sounded exactly the same way. Unlike the American version of the same anime, however, they sounded different and had their own uniqueness to them. DragonBall Z is a primary example of this.
  

@Senpy - But its the English one that has the voices all the same.

That's why I stuck with the Japanese version and just read the subtitles.

  Ah, I see. You have to look up the actors as well for the series. Sometimes, it can just be the same person doing the voice acting for the characters. I suggest Wiki or AnimeNewNetwork.com.
