I actually try to avoid caffeine aside from Chocolate. I don't like what it does to my body. It makes me feel off. >.> Decaf ftw XD

I used to drink either a cup of coffee or a coke a day. Then when I stopped doing it I was getting major head aches and decided that once I got off the stuff I would try to limit my intake of it because I couldn't stand the pain from those head aches >.<

But I don't know if that's like you properly soak it and everything. I normally don't let my tea change too much of a color so it's probably weak.

Some teas have no caffeine in it at all.

My teas are generally weak too. I like subtle flavors. If you let it sit for too long it just becomes too much. >.<
