  • That lets you edit art?
    But I need it to do a certain thing.
    I want to set up a shop where people can customize their own *censored for surprise ;)*, by choosing which features they want on it, but I don't know how to get them all on there.
    When I go in with paint and copy and paste, theres white dots and stuff everywhere and it won't work.
    Is there any free program I can use to do it?

    *By the way, I'm downloading GIMP as we speak... er..... type.*

Gimp's probably you're best bet, then. *nods*It's very similar to Photoshop, in different ways, and you should be able to edit in things like what you described in it.

I was going to suggest that also. Gimp 2 is pretty much the best free art program you can get, legally.

Here's the website

(Gah, I just noticed your post says you're DLing it at the bottom)... Have you tried it yet? Does it do what you need it to? I can help a little. I've used gimp quite a few times but it's a pretty self explanatory program so you'll probably be fine...

  • Thanks.
    No, I don't have it installed yet.
    I'm going to do so when I get home from school.

GIMP is the best I've found.

I stink at art things, though. And I can never figure out the programs (beyond MS paint). I'm a little stupid when it comes to things like that.

Paint Shop Pro and PhotoShop aren't free programs... He needs something that's free to DL... I think there are 'very' limited free trial versions of Paint Shop Pro and PhotoShop out there, maybe... But they generally don't allow you to do much until you pay for them. And they aren't cheap ^.^;
