I think this follows the rules :?


Lines that I coloured. The lines however are part of a commission I made

Is where you can find the lines and the version coloured by the artist. They gave me full permission to use the lines as I like and I full credit them for the drawing.

My work is only the colours in the picture ( not the link). Mostly looking for thoughts on where else I needed shading and how to have made him look less flat.

Well, if you base your light scource off the highlights in his hair that would give you a good starting point, shadows would fall under his thighs...on the lower part of his chest...under his chin...places like that. I hope that helps.

Well once you add more shading and high lights he will inevitably look less flat.

Your light source, based on the hair, appears to be in the upper left corner, so shade according to that.
