I had a dream that I bought a book at a yard sale. The yard sale was at this very old house that was falling apart. It turned out to be a diary. It was written by "Annie Charlotte". I asked around, and the people in the town said she was a very kind person, and liked to garden. I was reading the book and, suddenly, it was like a television show. People were reading the diary and would be posessed for like 30 seconds, and they would see horrifying things, or their fears. This one guy came up to his boss at work and asked, "Where is my shoe?" and told him that in his dream he saw hundreds of random strangers looking for his shoe.

I think that's it. O_O

The rest of the dream is scary though.

I used to dream about my old apartment near the lake. I didn't like that place much. It was creepy.
I'd dream that i was walking home but every step i take would make it further and then there'd be like fog all over the streets and it would suddenly be deserted. Then when i get to the building, the hallway would be long and narrow and the door would be out of my reach all the time. I'd be trying to run away from something but the door wouldn't come near.
I guess it doesn't sound as scary, but i honestly think that old apartment is just it. It's an old town, and some people say it's haunted. Ahh..
I guess it's just the memory of not liking the building and the reputation it has that makes me dream of it that way. =/

I always dream about things wanting to kill me and my friends. >.>;;

XD I do tend to save them alot though. Putting myself in harms way to figure out how to stop the things trying to kill me. Alot of the time I just wake up going, "uh.. wtf?" and simply go back to sleep because I'll just beat the "monsters" then it'll take an unexpected twist. XDD;; But yeah, really scary x_x;; Doesn't sound like it but.. eh.

About the shoe part, I had this one dream where there was a single shoe flying around my head, swooping at me to try and impale my head with itself. x_x;; SCARY! Especially when you're all of 8 years old. xD

I had a nightmare less than a week ago.

I was in a mall and many people were murdered. Their blood was everwhere -gag- ><

I managed to catch the psycopath that's been doing all the damage and he's explaining how he killed all the people to the police.

He's got this thin lime-green disc that he used, I didn't get the explanation I just him pull out a little disc that fits on one thumb and I remember being fascinated.

I said clearly in my dream, "Yah, that's how I would do it too" o.o;
And the police were staring and I added, "But, I wouldn't kill anyone.

The psycho gives me this awful look that says We are the same. He doesn't say anything, he just smiles and looks more directly into my eyes that anyone ever has in real life. It was really like he was looking right through me.

I woke up thoroughly disturbed.

  I tend not to have scary dreams. But I do tend to have ones that others could easily consider kinda scary. The problem is that if I wanted to explain one, i'd be typing here for quite a while while my homework sits and stagnates.
  
  But i'll leave it at the fact that a large part of my dreams take place in areas where either death is present or very well could be present soonish...
  
  
  Now that I think of it, the most scary dream i've ever had before was one outlining what my life could supposedly be from here on. It ended up having the feeling of a documentary, but after going down each path, i'd die by the age of 35 in a usually very bloody way...

I don't usually have scary dreams. I have a recurring zombie dream. It's neat. It's like my very own zombie movie :D

The only dreams that creep me out are spider dreams. I HATE spiders.

That sounds pretty interesting! I haven't had a bad dream that I remember in a long time... it kind of sucks. Most of my dreams are just totally tripped out now days, lol.

I have really, really weird dreams that go into a lot of detail like that, and then something random happens. D;

I rarely remember my dreams, but when I do remember them, I'm scared. o_O;

there was one where I lived in a lincoln-log cabin... It was HUGE, and there was a V-shaped staircase in front of the house. There was a large velociraptor with a whiney voice that patrolled the stairway. I had to ask it to move aside for me to come down when I woke up; I was wearing a nightgown and a lei. Then the velociraptor ate the pizza man.

Another one involved a restaurant made entirely out of wood, and bacon. I'd work for my dad, cooking bacon, but I'd suck at it and it would shrivel. Then dad would commandeer the stove and the bacon would go back to normal.


I also had a rather lucid dream in where my snake was out, and a bigger snake ate her. Then a bigger snake ate that one. Then a komodo dragon ate THAT snake... it was a chain. My flooor was made out of nasty looking reptiles that looked spikey and poisonous; and dead leaves. I had to check my floor thoroughly from my bed before I stepped down. ._.;

Most of my nightmares or scary dreams are of me driving and the car loses control or crash. Those always freak me out. Especially one I had a little while ago where I tried to slow down and instead sped up and went careening off of a freeway onramp that was still under construction.

I usually wind up naked. It's not a major fear or anything--it just happens.

I have frightening dreams....... I just don't remember them very well long after they've occurred (and I haven't had one recently).

My scary dreams only seem to be scary to me... Everyone else just says they're weird or lame, or just plain 'not scary'. Here's 2 examples of scary dreams I've had...

1. I was at my house and a delivery man came to the door to deliver something. A bed, I believe. While my husband was signing the paper work for the delivery man, I looked at the matresses propped up against the fireplace mantle (We don't have a fireplace in reality... but somehow this didn't seem odd to me, in my dream). I noticed inside the fireplace was a tunnel I hadn't seen before so I crawled through. There was this whole other house hidden inside. There were huge rooms but they were unfinished... The floors were still half soil and the ceiling was incomplete and there were wooden pallets lying around here and there. There was one room that was large and mostly finished... there was some furniture in it, and a stairway leading up to a single door. There were no windows in any of this mysterious hidden part of the house, mind you, and everything was very dark. There was also a black cat running around. Suddenly my son and I were walking up the stairs to the door. I opened it and inside was a small room with a bright window, filled with sunlight. There was a single sofa facing a table. There was another table near the widow on the left of the cough, with a cardboard box on it. The table in front of the cough had a single small TV set facing away from the couch for some reason, and toward the door we walked in through. I looked in the cardboard box and found a large manila envelope with very old photos in it. The ones I pulled out were photo booth style black and white photos... It was a 4 panel strip of an Asian man and a little Asian girl. What was particularly odd was how vivid and clearly I could see their faces. I could of picked them out of a lineup when I woke up, if need be. The photos scared me a bit and I looked over at the TV set... It turned on suddenly, all by itself and a loud static sound filled the air. I grabbed my son and ran out the door, and down the stairs, pulling the door behind me, but it didn't shut all the way. I kept hurrying away with him when suddenly I heard a sound... I stopped and slowly turned around to look toward the door. It was slowly opening, as if someone was on the other side... I woke up scared and hyperventilating after that... I know, not scary, right?

2. My other scary dream I'm listing is sort of related, which is why I chose it. I forget the beginning of the dream, but somewhere along the way I ended up needing to use the bathroom. So I went into this public restroom and noticed there were every sort of toilet imaginable inside... This restroom was about the size of 2 houses. Toilets, that in design would never work, were everywhere. I kept looking around to find a nice normal toilet, and finally ended up finding some stalls. The first one was occupied, as I could see a small girl's feet from the bottom of the stall door. I went into the second stall. I sat down and glanced to the side at the girl's feet in the stall next to me. She wasn't wearing any shoes, just socks, which I thought was odd. Suddenly her feet lifted slowly up, slipping out of her socks somehow... I started to get scared and quickly looked up and the top of the stall. There was the little Asian girl from the photo in the first dream. Peering down at me blankly from her stall. I woke up scared.

You'd think I had a fear of Asians or something ^.^; But I swear I don't.

Sorry for the long post... My dreams are vivid...

The weirdest dream I had recently... I'd say the one about this guy I know on Gaia. He was a shapeshifter or something- the first time he appeared, he was this huge black guy, then he was a tall geeky looking guy, then he looked like an older version of the twins from the Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

I had a scary dream that i was being killed my millions of children.. 0.0....violently

I hate scary dreams. I had one with billboard in the water, the water wasn't very deep, only like two or three feet. I think the billboard was blank, just white. It was night and there were faint lights on top shining down on a girl standing in front of it in the water. She was like a scary grudge/ring girl wearing ripped up, dirty, white rags. She jumps up and dives into the water [and you know how shallow water always has those no diving signs...] well when she dives her head smacks the bottom and her neck breaks.

I suddenly woke up right then and I looked at the clock and it was 4:00am. I stared at the clock until 5:00 staying REALLY still because I was too scared to move. Yes, I ACTUALLY sat there staring at the clock for an hour ^-^;;
I finally got up and RAN to my light. I went into my mom's room and laid with her until she finally woke up. I'm such a baby. lol

i once had a dream i was falling down a waterfall and as soon as i hit water in my dream in real life my cat knocked the water on my nightstand all over me..

• Playing too many video games and discussing hypothetical situations about the end of the world gives me bad dreams sometimes. LoL. I need to stop watching Mega Disasters on the history channel.

Most my nightmares don’t scare me. I just wake up and wonder where the heck that came from. I always have weird dreams, not necessarily scary ones.

Back in high school, I used to have nightmares all the time. Like mystic kiwi, however, I didn't really get scared at them and only woke up with that "What the hell was that...?" kind of feeling each time XD;

Lately, I haven't been able to remember my dreams much, which sucks since I love getting them TAT; The last "scary" one I remember was when I was "God" and the world was my room lol. The thing that I found so scary was the fact that as God, I had no control over my powers and my own will. I was also using the powers (unwillingly) to kill off the creatures of my creation T___T;;;

At first I didn't really realize what I was doing until I saw my sister in that dream actually dying. First, she started to shrivel up and her body shrank, turning into a decayed body of a baby, who was barely breathing. Her skin was so pale and greenish in color because of the thousands of veins suddenly visible and popping out of the pale skin. It was so disgusting that I actually pulled up enough strength and saved her hahah.

Up to this day, I don't really know what that means XD;

jeeze! that's a crazy dream... sometimes i have these weird dreams where i feel like an out of body experience or something and then i wake up and feel like i just got home and didn't get any sleep at all haha.
