  Jelly, it's insane that lady thought I could waterproof her basement IN THE RAIN! Silly lady. I dug the hole around her house, which I will have to redig tomorrow, if the weather is nice enough, because I know most of that dirt is going to run back down. Not to mention kill her grass around the house from the dirt being packed on top of it. Some people just don't get it.

Yea... my give a shit is currently broken which is why I hate this job so much. Last time this happened I went to New York for a week and recharged. Doesn't look like that is going to happen this time though.

How exactly are you supposed to waterproof a basement in the rain?

• I can't. LoL. What I do, is dig up around the outside of the house, and do resin epoxy injection. The stuffs dries harder than concrete. But not in the rain. It usually a two day job. One to do the inside of the basement and dig around the house, then a 2nd to do the outside, then fill the hole back in once it dries. She said she didn't want to pay me for three days.
  
  I tried to tell her I wasn't going to charge her if I couldn't do the work due to the weather, but she just didn't get it. She's a 54 year old divorced lady. I had no chance to argue my point. She turned it into a three day job though, since she insisted I work today.

Being 54 years old is still no excuse for lack of common sense. :?

And to top off all the other drama I have going on right now the AC in my car has decided it is going to try and die. Thank goodness it is starting to cool off.

• Psh, my AC in the truck hasn't working in months. But since I'ma dirty construction guy, I just dump cool water on my body, while driving. haha. And I get away with it.

I'm looking for something that resembles one of my OC characters "Axe" but I'm coming up short and I can't draw. I know what he looks like in my head but I can't vector it without something to reference.

• Hm. Have you tried using photobucket? Just type in 'guy' or 'anime girl' whatever he/she might be. Tends to have loads of searchable images, and it takes less time to load than searching on deviantart.
  
  I'd offer to draw him, but my ability to draw males is lacking, and even worse when I don't have picture references of the hair.

Axe is a big bulky musclebound man with a sizable attitude. I can't decide though if he should have dreads or not. I'm leaning toward dreads though.. black with blue and silver streaks. Plenty of musclebound men out there but not quite what I'm looking for, so the search continues...

Lol, I was playing on my N64 this evening 8) I don't do new games consoles, though I'd really like a wii, there's no way I can afford one :(

I'd love a Wii. I'd love a PS3. right now we have no game systems because the girl child was bad...

our friend brought his Wii over so far all i've played is the sports but we have the zelda game so i might be able to give opinions on it tomorrow

  I thought the pants and the green shirt came out pretty nice. I just, couldn't get the hair or face the way I wanted. It's hard to draw details and make it look smooth when it's full body. It took me several days to finally let it go, and say that was the best I could do.
  
  Jelly, I love my 64. <3 I thought the Wii was surprisingly cheep, considering the PS3 was like 600 dollars. Still expensive though.
