• I think it's romantic and soothing to hold a girl or cuddle her while you're distracted and still doing other things. I mean, it sucks that I can't give her my full attention 24/7, but I hate going complete without her when I have to get something done, like working on these papers.

• Of course not. Everyone needs to do their own thing whether the girl/boyfriend is over or not.. it's not as if just because they're over means life takes a break while you're hanging out and doing stuff.

  Yeah Kale, you're pretty young to be working so much, and still in school, right? I'm only 21 and feel like all I do is work. But I've been like that since I got my work permit at 16, and even before then I was doing jobs here and there so save for college, because I always intended to go. Money isn't the most important thing, but I do plan to get married one day and I'd like to be able to provide a house, a nice car and anything else my wife would need.
  
  hopefully by the time I'm ready to settle down I'll have all those long hour days behind me, and have a steady 9-5 kind of job, so I can be a family man.

• Yeah I'm still in school. >.< Now wish I wasn't but I have to be. :lol: I have a short story due tomorrow but meh... can work on it in other classes and type it up at lunch.
  
  I want the job because my mom doesn't have enough money to buy me the things I want... and sometimes not even enough for food so I have to start supporting myself a bit. ^^;

• Atleast you get the option to finish school. School is so fucking important. Seems like high school diplomas are joke. People here don't care how smart you are, or how good you do on aptitude tests. They just care about that sheet of paper that says 'I went to school for 12 years. I R SMART.'
  
  I've mentioned this before, but I really need to complete my schooling before I get to old and have to opt for the GED. If I ever choose a job in management, or decide I want to go to college, or take on a completely different job, I would need that in my pocket to secure my future.

• Yeah, I know it's good to have.. schools just a hassle that we have to go through... Just seems we should get paid for it.. we're basically doing more work than some people do in their jobs they get PAID for.

• The volume of homework kids get is ridiculous I think. My little sister is only 13, and she brings home work from EVERY class, which means she has to drag all the books and such to and from school everyday. If they really want kids to be doing so much work at home, then... why the fuck are they even going to school to being with?
  
  They should make an at home computer class, just for homework. Supply kids with laptops and an internet connection so they can do their work at home, if it's really that important.
  
  Of course, public schooling is a joke and they would never do something like that. But man.. they really need to cut back on the homework. Kids spend 3 or more hours doing it every night. IT's too much for a kid. 8 hours in school, then 3 hours doing homework, do your chores, eat.. shower.. then it's time to sleep!
  
  It's insane..I could rant for hours about that...

• Yeah.. I never really actually do homework AT home.. just in other classes. :lol: Mainly English class because we do nothing in there. xD Plain boring class considering it was once my favorite class. My teacher doesn't know how to teach English to a class that isn't his honors class.

• Homework is just stupid. I mean, essays.. some studying, finishing up what you didn't do in class, that stuff I'm fine with.
  
  It's just completely out of control where I live. No wonder so many teens off themselves. I could barely handle it myself, and I'm a really optimistic kinda person.
