Yeah, there's an awful lot of inactive accounts, if you were really sad and went back through the members list you'd see no end with zero posts.

but on a positive note, we had 113 online at one point earlier tonight! We haven't had that many one at one time since during the carnival!

  When I check the member list to find my mule, I see endless accounts with zero posts and no gold, so I assume they are not mules and just, members who signed up and didn't post. So sad. Menewsha is a really great forum once you warm up to it.

It didn't take me long to warm up. ;) I think I talk to the same people too. I try to branch out, though (hey, I snuck in here one night, didn't I?), but I have my comfort-people, definitely.

Meeting new ones all the time though.

Well, you can look at it that way..or, you could turn it around and think this..

A lot of those zero post people will be n00bish types who came from other places, didn't like what they saw and left.

I'm all for slow but steady growth if the nice people that sign up here keep coming back.
We seem to have hit a glass ceiling really, I think 124 online at one point is the most that I've ever seen. You have to ignore the 399 figure on the forum page, that was when we were under threat of attack from a hacker's site, we had 289 guests online at one point, that was un-nerving I can tell you!

I was bored and desperate.

  Jelly, lol! They were all guests? Someone mentioned to me that Menewsha usually has around 300 people on at a time, but I was like.. hmm.. I've never seen more than 50 or so. But that was when I only used Menewsha at the night time, so I thought it was super active during the day.

They didn't do anything in the end, it was all a big hoo-ha created by the person who was CM at the time, but those sort of sites will always be a threat to any forum site, especially if it thrives :(
