Yep I agree with you Star.. I also kinda miss the snow. the beauty of it when it has first fell and all you have a beautiful crisp white untouched ground.

Yeah, Snowmen are great.. I may be in my 30's with kids and such but being a kid at heart is great.. we can't forget about the snowmen. and the snow icecream.. and sledding. and snowball fights.

I don't like being in the snow, as I'm so skinny, anemia and bad circulation Im miserable if i'm in it too much. But I would much prefer it.

Angel I do know how you feel there. if I am in the cold too long at a time i have a hard time warming up.. but that is from being lost in the snow back in 1978. it was a bad storm and I was with my horses when I was a child and the storm came and I was lost in the snow..

yep it is sad, our son can't enjoy the snow.. normally he is very sick around the time the snow is around or it is too cold to take him out so he has never had the chance to play in the snow and the one yr that he has not been ill we don't have snow.. and it is so fun to play in..

yep when I was a kid I raised and trained horses.. it was fun.. I miss it but I am glad also in a way that I don't do it anymore as it was always sad to have to see them go away once they were trained.. I trained tennesee walkers and show horses and then we would sell them.

My mother-in-law had horses for awhile, but they were too expensive.

I once went to an auction and there was this horse their that's hooves had grown so much she couldn't walk on them.

Angel loves horses. Angels little sister Bob is going to buy one shortly. I love riding.

Star how sad.. that poor horse. Makes me wonder why people can be allowed to keep animals if they are only going to abuse and miss treat them... makes me so mad the way people treat animals.... *wonders how they would like it if they were treated the way they treat animals..

Yes it is. and that is a great motto I like that.. It is so heart breaking when you an animal being mistreated and abused and neglected.. and I feel the same way if you aren't going to take care of the animal and treat it with the respect it deserves then you don't need to bother with getting one at all..

Angel used to ride regulary but as I've grown older I don't. No time or money for it now.

Well she was out in the field one summer night when these youthes came by...with metal tubes... *sniffles* they beat that horse to within an inch of her life and blinded her for life. The horse was scared of humans thereafter. Her owner gave her to a friend he knew she'd be safe with as the field is up a hill so steep it hasn't been built up because they can't. Only she didn't have time for her so my sister was given her in all but name.

i hear you there angel.. same here.. used to be able to all the time. now no time, no money and nowhere to raise horses..

I would have done it more if I'd be around more animals. As a kid I moved a lot so the most we had were dogs and cats.

Angel that is so sad.. did they catch the ones that did that too her.. and thankful she was given to someone who would be able to keep her safe and love her..

Star I didnt start moving around alot till I turned 16 so I was always around horses,and farm animals and cats,dogs.
now i have a bunny my first bunny and i have had him for a yr and he is my baby, but I also inhearted my moms dog when she passed away in nov.. so now I have a bunny and a dog.. and i love them both..

Just like a year ago some drunk kids shot some of my friends' cows. She was heartbroken and on top of that cows aren't cheap so it was a lot of money they lost because some drunk kids had keys to their daddy's guns.

By the way, the kids were charged with felonies and kicked out of the school.
