I have to agree that if you move around a lot, getting a car is more cost friendly, even if the petrol prices are steep and servicing is an ouch. After all, the prices of cars here are considerably cheap, even compared to M'sia. >.>

I'm not too sure about Sydney, but Melbourne, yeah. For local students, it's fine. It's just for international students that they do not have concession fares. *sighs*

hmmm... well... for UK, there are certain benefits that student cannot receive as well. Like the well fares...
I think there are some special privileges are reserved for its own people, reasonable. Depends on country, I guess.

Thank you, lightwing! ^_^

And yes, that is right, xuv. The students (and some university highups) have been negotiating with the council for years already. Still, nothing yet so far. *hums*

Hmm...Here we have student representatives on the governing board, so we do get a bit of say in things. And I suppose if people really don't listen, we do our favourite thing: petition. If that fails, we might rally.

Many international students, give concession fare = lose income. xD

My tablet I bought from my friend second hand about... 4 years ago? It would be 6 years old this year, if I am not mistaken. =)

Good luck looking for a seller, xuv! I suggest either a Bamboo tablet or a Wacom Graphire. I would say a Intuos, but that one is a little too costly.

Like this, puja?
I will put up the step-by-step later tomorrow. I feel very drained today. Need sleep.

For reference, I did not draw that. 'Tis puja (remaja)'s work. I just rainbow-ed it. (* ̄0 ̄)/

And yep, Photoshop.
