Depends on the type of art, I should think... I mean, if you draw in pen/pencil or something like that normally, then I should think tablet would definitely be easier to draw with, since you control it like a pen/pencil, right? But say...if you pixel, then you do something one pixel square at a time; in that case, a mouse would give you better control, I think. So I'd imagine it depends on the kind of art you're doing...
