Pity my family don't have special plans for Christmas... except maybe going out for a dinner treat.

Dinner treat is considered special, in a way.

Even a family gathering (whether with cousins, uncles, aunties or what not) for dinner, at least, it is still considered a celebration of sorts.

I like dinner treat. XD" Simple and pleasant. Plus, it's in public, so less risk of drama.
