But for people who want to buy for you, that's a pain in the behind because then they have to go through your have list/don't want list to find something you DO want xD;

I usually save at least 20k for events. xD Then I use them on all the commons cause it's cheaper in the long run. xDD

I guess it's just because I've always been questing during events, so I never really bought more than the bare minimum of what I wanted :3

I mean, I've already gotten 2 crowns and knocked down 80% of my quest list in the time she's taken to raise 30k (which she's not quite to last I knew), and 10k of that was donated by me the first time I got the Q Crown :(
(had to give the crown back after it was donated for my B-day back in March -- then it got donated again by Vixen with a Vendetta and so I get to keep it forevers now :drool:)
So basically this past year I've gotten a ton of expensive stuff -- Crown Set, Phoenix Mask, Scarf of Order, Georgia Peach Shirt, Eggplant Hibiscus Bloom, Captain's Hooch, Iridescent Squid, and misc lesser expensive items~
She's gotten... commons for the most part I believe :gonk:
That, and she raised money for prizes last summer for the event she helped run -- Festival of Fools I believe it was called if I remember right :3
Which is understandable, but at the same time -- I'm a person who quests with dedication -- I may switch items and buy what's on the market (has been questing the Atlantis Mask since I got the Phoenix, but bought the K Crown instead because it was on the market) so it boggles my mind how people in general who quest, buy other things that hinder their quest, and hardly put stuff away for the quest -- ya know?
I mean, totally their right and such, 'cause it's their money hahaha
But I don't quite understand it well :3
Could be just my view on questing in general that make me fail to see the logic in it, however XD;

Any common I think I might want I'll buy (cause if I hate it, I'll sell it back anyways). The only ones I don't buy are the colors I'll never use, or the items I most likely won't ever use. Say like capes. I buy them, but I have yet to use them... so I stopped buying capes.


Nah. I just think you're more passionate about it. You see a goal and you work towards it. I was like that too when I started out. I saw the vday 07 items (I came to mene during a time they were on the market all the time) and I barely didn't have any commons until I got all the vdays07 items.

I bought the Fae wings and Fae gowns -- and I've sold all but one pair of wings ('cause no one will buy them) because I don't ever wear them and don't have any use for them haha

I'm working on everything -- slowly but surely :3
But I'm happy -- all that's left are the big EI's that I need, aside for SNG's, for the most part -- so once I get the smaller CI's, I'm going to go after the older EIs, with a side quest of SNG's hahaha

So lucky. xD I want that Eggplant Bloom! The cherry would probably be the only other one I would get. The rest are kinda funky in colors.
