and people will think I am saying good things about them... and cannot react. LOL!

Shockingly, people judge words by expression a lot. O_O

Morning Roo!

Expressions and body language are a form of communication too.

Good Morning Roo!
expressions/body language are one of the more important ways of communicating. they let you know when people are joking, flirting, attacking etc.

Yep! So Xuvrette's idea of keeping a neutral expression is quite a good deception! :D

lol, I thought it would confuse the person. Maybe they take as joke... but I did speak the truth though.

and if I keep a neutral expression by saying them being stupid doing this and that.... they will shrugg off as a joke and I release my tease urge. without getting into much attack.
(creating an illusion that the person admit they are what I scold them. lol.)

My favorite is when you really dislike a person and you tell them, but you say it in a non-threatening manner, but your eyes say it all. That makes me all giddy on the inside. Especially when they realize that you are being polite but serious about what you say.

I do a lot of talking on the phone, and I'm usually dealing with people that are pretty incompetent, so I'm able to be as upset with them as I want in my face while sounding totally attentive and helpful.

Nothing better than being all nice and sweet to someone who is being a jerk. Makes them so much more mad because they aren't getting to you :)

Incompetence from members I can understand especially if they are new. But brokers, my moron coworker and providers can kiss my big white ass. *smile*

Just plain greed right there. *shakes head* Very unfortunate when they end up with nothing or way less the they could have settled for.

It's either greed if it's one of our auto accident clients that aren't injured as much as they say they are or it's revenge if it's one of our divorce clients.

I would probably just take the settlement when my lawyer suggested to. XD because paying more in lawyer fees would completely negate the amount that I am attempting to get out of the other person. lol.

The only time more money should be actively pursued is when you are injured beyond repair and can no longer work, or in the case of a death to a family member due to negligence. In the event of death, the money that you do receive, half or a little more should go to a charity of some sort.

provided the amount received is enough to pay all of the outstanding medical bills, and funeral costs.

Of course...but after that, I don't think the family should keep all the money. Spreading the money around to others and helping should aid in healing the wounds from the loss.

I agree. Unless of course it was the bread winner of the family, in which case they may need the money while they are trying to get back on their feet after losing their money maker. >.<

You and you're for instances...calm down. Just stating that if you are going to hit a company where it hurts them most, then at least give some back to others that could potentially benefit from, but I am aware that there are qualifying events to negate it.

I do agree to a point with that queen is saying. I mean, it shouldn't be spent foolishly. Especially if it is to be used to live on the rest of your life. It should be invested in a way it can be used wisely.
