Morning everyone!!! IT guy is coming to work on my computer today so I won't be on much.

will he make it run faster and smoother and just be all around more awesome? O:

He's not here yet so I'm sneaking in. No it won't run faster. My office calendar is off an hour from everyone else's in the office. If I put something into the schedule, it shows up for everyone else an hour later. If they put in stuff, it's an hour earlier for me.

Also, we have one of the counties that we practice in that gives you the option to purchase their software to view their court dockets online. My viewer doesn't work.

well that will be good to get fixed then ^.^

Yay for the computer fixing. Wish they could figure out why my outlook requires me to log on twice. *shakes head* Very frustrating. Just glad that I no longer have the old Hewlett packard. This computer runs so much faster even with like 20 windows open and me streaming music on XM.

It would be nice to get the calendar fixed. It's hard to remember everything is an hour off sometimes. I just wish he would get here already.

Honestly, I want to go home. Tired of being at work and the worst part...I think that time of the month is coming up, cause I feel like crying for no reason all of a sudden.

Hopefully I can get the half day on the 18th to go donate platelets. Although Tricia was giving me sh*t about the other day. B*tching about how I want back to back fridays off. Ugh. Some people, whine and complain. Doing my civic duty by donating and she wants to give me hell for it? Grrr...

She just doesn't think it's right that I should be taking a half day the friday right after the Friday I'll be gone to Detroit. *shrugs* Not her to approve or deny, but appearantly it's her job to bitch. *snarls*

Irritated with Erin this week, she talks so damn loud on the phone so when I have to talk on the phone it's kind of annoying and distracting. Even asked her to tone down her volume, she'll do fine for like a couple of minutes and then she is right back into yelling into the damn thing. What's really bad is that if you are sitting the front of the office you can hear everthing she says.

some people can't keep their conversations private if their life depended on it. sadly my sister is one of those people >.<

She has the most grating laugh too! Drives me up the wall, can't imagine that people think she is too professional with it. And when she hangs up she says, "All right, bye bye" in a sing song kind of tone. It's very disturbing and childish, not something you would say in the work place. Then again I have said "pain in the butt" when referring to primary insurance companies, but only to people that I talk too on a regular basis.

Erin is also in awe of the fact that when speaking to people I seem to have comfortable relaxed conversation with them, like we're old friends. That's just good customer service in my opinion, I want people to feel comforatble and that I am here to help not just get them off the phone as quickly as possible. Like she does. Absolutely hates answering the phone.

I'll be happier in 20 minutes when I can walk out the door and not have to be around her for the weekend. See the spork in my hand? That would be imbedded into her head! If I had to spend the weekend with her, or another hour. *fury*

OMG OMG OMG, Gary came home last night!!! I am still in shock. He's coming to see me today!!! I have stuff I need to get done before he gets here so I probably won't be back until tomorrow.
