Trinity Blood. I only recently got into it, because I'm late to jump on the bandwagon and I never even picked it up before. I bought the first volume after I flipped through it at Waldenbooks--and I love it. My friend recently bought me the second and third volumes (much love to her~!)

And three words.

ABEL IS LOVE. xD That guy is so...quirky. Definitely not very priestly, either. [[Kinda reminds me of Sanzo from Saiyuki 8D DEFINITELY NOT PRIESTLY ]]

His clothes--in fact, EVERYONE'S clothes--are so cool. I really want to cosplay him, but I have no idea how I'm going to make the cross-chain or the coat. ;_;

Tres has got to be the coolest android evar.

So. Discuss! Anything about Trinity Blood, really.

I love abel! :oops: I started watching trinidy blood because I saw a commercial for it and it looked cool. The hardest part was finding when it was on and actually watching it. It's cool though and Abel is the bestestest!

I love it. It one of my favoite anime series i wan't there to another season. Oveall i think it's a great series and my favorite character is ester. I was hooked from the first and watch the re-runs.

xD I finally found the anime and I'm watching the first episode now. WOW. I'm loving it.

Although....I don't really like Caterina's hat in the anime. And, once again, it's completely different ~_~;;;

I do like how it's not overly censored and such. <3

I don't know much about the series... Well I do but I'm not a braniac at it!!! I love trinity blood but I didn't see the whole series but a good portion of it I saw!!! I love Cain... even if he is evil... Except after he kills abel...

I liked the first manga, it was all right. :]

But I tried to watch the anime and it was just dull to me.

I've read some of the manga, and seen the whole anime.

It would have been better had the creator not died when writing it.
I'm not blaming him, god knows he probably didn't want to.
course he gone and left us no clue about anything! ;0 So Cain lives? honestly, I love Cain to death, but I feel so...unconclusive and whatnot.
When they're all translated I want to read the original books. ^^; I watched the anime (got a wallscroll from a con) and read my friends manga and I'm just missing the books!

He died in '05 while still writing the books.
It was some sort of lung blockage that killed him.
Very sad, I think he was only in his 30s.
While Cain is my lober boy...I've got a fandom in there that seems to be rare. Much like the manga author, I'm a Petros fan. *le gasp*

last night was the episode when the sisters meet to the final time... wonderful series... I own the "blood, the last vampire" movie... when I first saw the movie I was very confused, but the series came out, and the show began to make more sense of the movie... but the series is actually pretty good overall...

I really enjoy the manga but the art for the anime turns me off to it.

Yeah, the manga is worlds better than the anime.

I'm kind of mixed on which art style I like better. Some characters I like their anime counterpart better than the manga - other characters I prefer how they look in the manga better than the anime version.

And then there's the Thores artwork. ^_^

The novels are awesome too. I'm a little upset at the low quality translation work that Tokyopop did for us, but I suppose anything is better than nothing?

I'm really loving the storyline. You know how there's always mangas where it's like "OH NOES THE HUMAN RACE IS IN TROUBLE AHHHHH" and the typical vampire novel? TB is so much better than the best of both. =O I LOVE IT.

@Jezriel: I totally agree! Avatar sites are amazing for cosplay. I started doing that on Gaia first. My account on there looks like Seth (Well, I tried anyways, and I think I did a good job).

My avi here actually is a cosplay of an OC that I play in a Trinity Blood rp on Gaia that I've been in since January (I <3 that rp so much.. it's scary). Can you kind of see that she is wearing an orden uniform without the jacket? I tried...

Oh, and although my character is madly in love with Cain, I am not.. at all. But that's the way that things work out in rps sometimes...

I've been a fan of this series for a good year or two now. To be honest, I love the novels a lot more than the manga or anime adaptions (well.. the novels are the original story, so yeah XD lol).

I only saw like 2 episodes of Trinity Blood on adultswim, I'm debating if I should buy the series on DVD or not. >3>

I have volumes 1-4 of the manga, and the art style isn't so bad. Everyone looks the same, save for Leon. Honestly, I hate the way he looks in the manga, it's not the same way that Thores Shibamoto drew him (everyone else in the manga at least look similar to their original design).

And of course, the novels are the ones that I am religiously collecting the most. I have volumes 1-3 of Rage Against the Moons and volumes 1-2 of Reborn on the Mars. (I do hate the way Tokyopop is releasing them, alternating between the two series, because then I won't be able to finish the first series until they release vol 6 somewhere in 2009-2010. Though I guess it's a good thing, cuz then I'll have both series and won't have to worry bout them releasing the second set of novels. XD)

Favorite characters are:
Abel Nightroad - He is the result of when you put Vash from Trigun in a church setting. XD

Leon Garcia de Astruias - What a man. <3 So big and muscular and sexy. <33

Tres Iqus - He is my most favorite character of all time, for it was him that got me into the series in the first place.

I have most of the DVDs..I think I only need two more. I saw a commercial for it once and tried to hunt it down on the net since I don't have the channel it aired on. Ended up having to download a torrent and get all the episodes at once but I'm not complaining. xD

I couldn't buy the manga right away because manga is not sold where I live...I had to wait to visit the city to get any. Thus far, I've got five volumes. Hopefull there will be more out when I move to the city in September. [Hooray for new apartment!]

I want to buy the special edition DVDs and sell my other ones though..

What's the difference between the special DVDs and the regular ones anyway?
