I knew the author died or something so it's unfinished :/

But, I love Abel too...But my favourite characters are Esther and Astaroth <3

I wish I can get the novels, but I live in a crappy country so my only choice is ebay or something, wich means paying a lot more for shipping and that.. T^T

The writer did die...there were rumors of someone else picking it up to finish it though because I think the author had an idea of how it would end...

Kethien is right; the author Sunao Yoshida did die, but a friend of his (I believe it's the author of the Ragnarok novels) finished it for him.

And you should read the manga, because the story is different from the anime and novel. Plus... you see Tres' brother, Duo Iqus (who is now another fave character of mine)

I've gotta find the novels. I'm not sure if they're around although they should be...

I saw all the episodes they aire don Cartoon Network and I've read about 6 of the Manga volumes.
Abel is a a little sappy sometimes, but i still love him! ^^

So, Esther, eh? I always thought she was a bit too immature in both the anime and the manga, but then I found out she was supposed to be fifteen, so then I was a little more ok with it. (sorry if you're somewhere around fifteen years old, no offense :sweat: )

Just curious, but what do you think of the AbelxEsther pairing? I know some people are quite diehards about it one way or the other. Personally, I've never been much a fan of it. Occasionally I do think they deserve each other when he starts being overly dramatic.

I know I'm rambling, but I'll continue :3 I used to be quite the Abel fangirl when I first started watching it.... but then I watched it for the second time. By the end he's acting much better, in my opinion, less dramatic I mean, so to go from that to the beginning again it really hit me, and I ended up swinging the other way and becoming a Tres fangirl because he was so unemotional that compared to Abel's dramatics, it was quite attractive to me. Not to mention he's just very yummy :3 In the anime I'd say Tres is kinda hott and in the manga I love how he's all cute and fuzzy despite the fact that he's a killing machine :3 It also made me happy when I realized that he's short, as I am also short. Yesh, I rambled. Sorry if you felt like you had to read that :sweat:

You should definitely try reading the manga, it's great! I've found a lot of it on One Manga if you don't have the money to buy it. Someday when I do have money to spend on such things, I hope to get the anime, manga, and novels... but that's probably no time soon.
