I have a beautiful white silk and lace one that I wore on my wedding. While beautiful it was also uncomfortable having something pressing in around me the whole time. My husband loved it, but I don't think I would wear one all the time.
Especially becuase of the health issues. They bruise and misshape your ribs, push organs out of place, and constrict breathing so you're more likely to pass out. Plus if you go to the extreme where your body does get rearranged, then your back becomes to weak to support you and you have to wear a corset for the rest of your life.

I wear corsets. Not regularly, but when I feel like dressing up or when the occasion arises.
I like to get drunk though and they aren't real comfortable to wear when getting inebriated, teehee!
I have a few... the most I've paid for one was AU$250.00. It was second hand, but had only been worn once and it was originally $450.00. It's beautiful too, black and silver pinstripe, with steel boning.
My others aren't as fancy but are still all nice.. xD

Corsets look lovely. I never wore one though, because the only one I really liked was available in an on-line store and that means you can't try it on and check if it fits etc. It was pretty expensive as well, I did not want to spend so much on something I could not actually put on and see how it looks before buying it.

I am too lazy to wear a corset, I do the bar minimum in the morning, I might wear one for my wedding or some other super special events but not on a regular basis. I would rather sleep in a bit in the morning that do stuff like that.

Eww, no. I'm semi claustrophobic, so anything pressing in on me would freak me out. XP

I would if I had one. I have a "corset" ish top from hottopic I got forever ago that I wear for special ocasions (It looks a bit like a dress shirt if worn with proper jacket) and it does make it hard to eat and thats not even the kind to hold you all in XD
I wish I had the money for one just to throw around cause I would so get one.

- There are so many people here with misconceptions about corsets! They don't really alter or destroy anything in your body unless you actually want them to, and that's only if you tie it too tight.
Even if you buy a well made corset that fits you, you have to wear it loose for a few weeks so that it'll get adjusted to your body. After that, you can slowly start making it tighter so that it'll start doing what it's supposed to be doing - helping you keep a straight back and a feminine figure. They're good for your backs, too.
Seriously girls, even I know that. >.<
By the way, I think corsets can also look hot on certain men, just a totally different kind of sexy. Mmmm. <3
I'd absolutely wear a corset. Although I don't own one now, when I manage to get a job it's something I'll definitely look into purchasing. ^u^
A couple of my friends own corsets - well-fitted ones - and they just look so elegant in them.

If it bothers you that much, bring it to a tailor to have it fixed. They can make it a more appropriate size for your body, and teach you how to adjust it.

I think they are pretty comfortable, but then again I don't mind being cut short of some of my breath. -shrugs- They are sliming, but also beautiful.
I think that if you really want one, go for it!

Well, if it were any bigger it probably wouldn't stay up. It's not really that it's too small for me, it's just that it's so stiff, and I'm used to always dressing comfortably. u.u;

I would absolutely love to wear a corset. <3 I also like the hourglass shape, and it would help me wear my kimono.

Corsets are great!
I have a couple, and I love how they squeeze in my excess chub and push up my boobs! They're totally worth the money.
Seriously, with the amount of free drinks I get bought for me when I wear mine, my corsets pay for themselves within a few weeks.

I own one, but I don't wear it often.
It's more of a special occasion type of thing.
Come to think of it, my prom dress also had one, quite the expensive dress.
Hard to breathe in... or move. But it was fun!

Do You/Would You wear one?
I have yet to wear one!~ But I would try it sometime.
How much are you willing to pay for one?
I heard that they can run very high. Probably the most I would spend would be $80...haha I am cheap.

I'd have to say no, because although I'm a little chubby here and there, I retain my own hourglass figure.
Also, I look horrible in corsets.
