I'm a Windows XP user, by choice of my mother.

For my browser I usually go for IE because it's there and I'm use to it. Although I've started to use Firefox more now, because nothing seems to work right in IE anymore.

I was a Netscape user before they changed it, now I can't stand it. It just glitches so much, if I'm going to use IE or Firefox I'll just use them I don't need a browser that mimics them.

I use XP,with Firefox.I only use IE on occasions when I need to trade stuff on my Gaia accounts,or something similar.I used to be IE only,but since FF has adblock,I switched.

I use primarily Windows XP, but my laptop has Vista and my roommate uses Mac OSX. I use lots of OSes 83, but my wun twoo luv of browsers is always firefox. X)

i used to use firefox, a lot, but then i couldn't copy and paste web links into the address bar... >>', whenever i opened a new tab
right now i'm netscape, and i pretty much left ie, once it had it's complications XD

I use Firefox because it pwns IE besides the addons of Firefox makes it one of the best browsers

Do you really think it's safe to use a browser that's no longer being updated?

Seems like the security holes will be well documented and unplugged.

On my desktop, I have Firefox and Internet Explorer, but I generally use Firefox. As for the operating system, it uses Windows XP.
On my laptop, I also have Firefox and internet Explorer, but prefer to use Firefox. However, for the operating system, it used Windows Vista which I don't like at all.

I use Firefox because I hate IE. And Firefox seems to be the most compatible with most sites. I used to use Netscape for a while mainly but most sites seem to prefer people to have Firefox so I switched. The only thing I don't like about Firefox is it messes it up with certain things, usually sound or music and tells me I need some plug in and it never works when I try to install said plug in... And my computer is a Windows XP.

I run Firefox on Windows XP because Firefox is love! When my computer came new, I had Windows Vista and I hated it! I had to downgrade to save my sanity.

I have all sorts of neat little add-ons on my firefox to tell me the time in other timezones where my friends are and to download videos and stuff. I love how you can customize it and I love the tabs. I even have IE tab, which lets you open up a IE window in a Firefox tab. It's super handy and you don't have to open up IE at all. I still open it sometimes though for mules and such.

On 'my' computer (the one that nobody wanted downstairs, and so it was adopted by my room), I use Firefox, because the machine is a Windows '98 and refuses to upgrade anything, and IE is utterly crap, imo. Plus, it looks great, you can use tabs, and so on.

Downstairs, we have a Windows XP, with the latest IE whatsit.

Despite my computer being a tad older, I much prefer Firefox - aside from the fact that my comp. is tempermental(sp?) and will often freeze/crash if I'm on a 'site with a video or something, and often refuses to display pictures. Those are usually the only times when I prefer the downstairs computer. :roll:

Hey there! It's I am Okay, and I was just wondering what kind of internet browser you guys use! I didn't see any threads of this.. (E.X. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera..)

To be honest, I've tried them all out. I first used Internet Explorer.. Gah, it was too slow. And then I moved on to Mozilla FireFox :]. It's a very fast internet browser, and I love it!! Curious, I heard people talking about Google Chrome, and Opera. First, I tried out Google Chrome, and then looked at all of the features. It wasn't slow--or bad, it was just I hated looking up to type in what I want to go to. Menewsha :) .

So then I moved on to Opera!! Opera has so many cool features, like downloading appearances easily and then you get to use them! Very cool<\3. And the pages load like ZOOOOOOOOOOMM!!

My favorite browsers are Mozilla FireFox, and Opera<3. I switch back in forth, cause I miss em' both.

MAIN browser I use: Mozilla FireFox since I've used it longer than the others.

Internet is WAY to slow.

I use mainly Firefox. However there's times when I use Internet Explorer and Safari. I kinda like Safari over all. It's just got a nicer and cleaner display over all. It also shows me my most visited websites so I can just click the box and go right to the website. :D

There actually /is/ a thread like this, but I'm not sure if this counts as a repeat, as the other one hasn't been posted in for a year. xD

@ X---AznCo0ki3 : Yes, I agree. Mozilla FireFox has been my most favorite, favorite, favorite Internet Browser. I don't know if Opera will change that, we'll find out. Yes, internet is extremely slow. It took like five minutes to load one page, and it ticked me off.

Ahhh, you can try Google Chrome for experience and see how it's like; it's not my favorite, though. It's kind of a mini of Opera, but copy-cat. I don't really like it, because of the browser. Too Small, and I can't even see!! ;p .

i have used explorer, it was horrid.
so i just stick to firefox, its easy to use and i like the applications and themes i can use.

Just Internet Explorer.

I basically only use Safari. I've used both Internet Explorer and Firefox before though. I HATE Internet Explorer, but Firefox isn't too bad.
Honestly, I'm not entirely sure why I hate Internet Explorer, I think it's because my MAC doesn't have it so I'm not used to it so when I do use it, it feels weird. xD

I use Internet explorer, and your right! It is very slow and I can't stand it! I did not try to download any other browser...maybe I should download fire fox...

@ Emily Narcotic : I agree! Firefire FTW~ Internet Explorer was a nightmare for me, it takes like five minutes to load one page. Mozilla FireFox is easy^_^.

@ vomity : Oh, I have NEVER used Safari before. Is it only for MACS?? I was just wondering, hehe. Cause if it wasn't then I would so want to try it out. (Since many users have said they used Safari, as well.)

@ XxShizukesaxX : Oh em gee. Do not use Internet Explorer! It's so friggin' slow... Try downloading Mozilla FireFox 3.0, the latest version and FASTEST. Hope you enjoy if you do download it! Trust me, it's worth it! <\3.

I was raised on IE, but one day I used a friend's computer and was exposed to FireFox. I love it.
Its very customizable. And has SPELL CHECK. :D
Plus, there's the gaiaonline tektek toolbar. :D

On our Wii, we have Opera. Its okay. Eh.

I use FireFox and Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2, 2002 edition.

I'm quite happy with my slightly outdated OS, and FireFox is just what I like. I just can't seem to like any other browser.
