I have my ears guaged,to a 10 right now.
But,I think I am going to go to an 8 with that.
Then,I want 16 guage snakebites.

I have no piercings, do not wish for any, and I'm fine with that xD.

I have my lobes pierced twice and one in my cartilage (on my left ear).
I'd like to get another in my cartilage(on my left ear) and my lip pierced. I think it looks really cool. I've wanted it done for a few years now but my mom is totally against it. =/

I've only had my ears pierced. But after 6 weeks I took them out and I couldn't get them back in. They kept going inside and up my ears so I just left them out. That was a few years ago and the holes are gone now. I might get them repierced somtime. o3o I love earrings~

I think I would like my ears double pierced, just to have more variety to what type of earrings I wear. Also I want a snake bite on my lip, because I think it would look hot. Did I mention I want my belly button pierced, too? I think it's cute when girls have that.

Probably like a 7 or 8 on a scale from 1-10. I have a lot of friends who gauge their ears and they all complain about it.

Probably not, because with my luck I would screw it up and hit a nerve or something. D:

My left ear is pierced with an 8 gauge tribal design earring from hot topic. Its the only one I have and the only one I want. I gave my other earrings to my brother before he went to Cali with my mom.

Ohoho.. I recently discovered the joys of piercing when I got my cartilage pierced. Now I want more, haha. Right now I just have my ears pierced twice on each side and a cartilage. Too afraid of gauges though, because they look painful xD I'd like an industrial piercing, I think they're called. Annd, maybe ears pierced again and lip or a monroe. That's about it though.

My left ear is double-pierced, but I don't wear anything in the 2nd hole. My ears are currently stretched to 4ga, and I'll stretch them to a 2ga around Thanksgiving.

I'm older than many of you on here (I'm assuming!) - I'm 42 and finishing grad school. I'm looking for work as a professional historian (NOT teaching, the world will be happier if I don't try that), so I can't go to wild with piercings. I am moderately tattooed, and that is difficult enough to keep covered for job interviews.

The oddest piercing I think I've ever seen was my friend's sister. She has her collar bones pierced. It looks nice though, on her at least >>;;

I've pierced myself/been pierced with safety pins, sewing needles, and push pins. (The push pins were just to re-open my second holes)
In my opinion, gauging really does't hurt. I'm just at that point where I should stop a minute and let my ears heal before I torture them any more. I have six out of my seven holes gauged, and I'm addicted to it...
Just a tad bit painful. The third hole was the worst to gauge. I only pierced it at the end of August. I gauged it from a 16 to a 12 in the middle of my computer app. class. It didn't hurt... but it did bleed alot. It's just the healing that really hurts.

I'm like you - impatient about stretching. BUT... I had a blow-out when I stretched from 8-6 last year. Le them heal a bit, then stretched again to a 4. I gave up on it when I started missing my regular earrings. That was last November. After purchasing a pair of brass hoops (regular post-back) and seeing that my ears STILL looked pretty stretched, I decided to see just where they were at. They were at 10ga 9 months after I stopped stretching and wearing anything other than light earrings with french wires.

I started stretching in August. Went from 10 to where I'm at now - 4ga. I stretched from a 6-4ga too soon, and almost had another blow out (I waited 4 weeks). So, I'm waiting till mid-November to stretch again and am alternating between steel open rings (heavy!), steel or glass plug and steel tunnels. Hopefully, the 4-2ga stretch will be easy!

Do any of you with stretched lobes use any aftercare items - like oils - to help with stretches?

I just got the normal piercing on my ears but it didn't hurt and I can go as long as I want to without wearing earrings and still be able to wear them, even years. I only don't wear them because I'm alergic to certain metals.

I really want my ears pierced, but I'm sort of a wuss, and I'm afraid that it'll hurt. I know lots of people, including my friends who have them pierced, say it doesn't really hurt, but I mean... you're sticking a needle through your flesh! How can it not hurt?

If I was brave enough though, I would want my ears, lips and nose pierced. I would tackle ears first though.

I'm allergic to lots of metals too. I think that's why I started gauging in the first place. Plastic earrings are fine with my skin. I don't have to worry about anything and it makes me happy.

But yes, I suppose I should slow down a little. It's just to much fun!! Dx
Hopefully I'm going to the mall with my friend soon, and I'll finally be able to buy my 8g and 6gs.

There are a lot of beautiful plug/tunnel and hanging styles in those sizes that are made of acrylic or glass out there. Have you looked on the web for online shops? I'd post some here, but I think it may break the T.O.S. here about advertising.

I have no piercing because I wanted to tick off my mom, who thought earring would look pretty. With out my ears pierced it makes me a non conformist because most girls have there ears pierced. ^^ But I am thinking of getting my eyebrow pierced. But at the same time I want to get promoted at my work so that's out of the question.

My tongue is the most unusual thing I have pierced.. Which really isn't all that unusual.xD

I have a 12g in my lobes. [Both sides] and a 10 in the cartilage. [Both sides] They aren't that big, but big enough for me. Gauges aren't really my thing.

Hmm.. On a scale of 1-10.. I think it was like a 3. Maybe. It didn't hurt all that bad. Except it swelled up after a little. But nothing unbearable. If you jump more than a couple sizes then it hurts like a *badword*. Cause it's literally riping your ear.

Pierce myself, oh yes. My father did my cartilage in the kitchen while he was drunk for the 4th of July. It was massive fun. My uncle cried when he did it. I didn't even flinch. I laughed. It was awesome.

EDIT: Oh, and I think that a Corset piercing is the ultimate awesome. It shows that you aren't scared of pain, and that you want to stand out.

I can wear earrings, I only have one ear piercing oneach side of my ear, I can't even think about having piercings anywhere else, I find it gross, but to others it's cool to them I guess. But it still freaks me out. I don't think anything bad happened. But it would be cool to have more ear piercings, that looks cool.

I'm a bit too enthusiastic about piercings and my love for them. My mom hates it and it seems as if she doesn't trust me around sharp objects anymore. Very funny, to say the least.
I'll look into it... I don't have much of a budget to work off of, and I'm saving my money already to get my tongue pierced. Just putting a little away everytime I babysit.
