I usualy don't,unless I'm makeing banna bread,then I just mush the whole thing up,nub and all.And the banana bread still tastes great!

I take mine completely out of the peel before eating, so there usually isn't a gross bit on the end. It stays in the peel :)

I leave that bit in the peel and throw it away.
Those are iccckkkyyyy and ruin my bananas!

Yeah, I've tried it. Don't like it, so now I just throw it in the trash every time. I do the same with the stringy stuff that's often hanging off the banana--that stuff doesn't have as bad a taste, but it still annoys me.

that is my favorite fruit but i dont eat the last bit of it since i always share mine with my someone.

I usually eat as close to the tip as I possibly can go, then I take out the little tip, which is also black at the end which is gross, and throw into the compost along with the peel.

Nope never do. When I was really little and my mom would cut up a banana for me, she would always through the tip away. So I always do that now just because I learned it for her. I never really knew why she would through it away though xD
