So I was thinking about all of the old fast food places that have been around for a while...
-Wendy's
-Taco bell
-Hardy's
-Mcdonald's
-Arby's
-Burger king
-Long John Silver's
I can't think of anymore...
I only visit maybe three of these places.
But it got me thinking.
Are any of America's fast food places healthy anymore?
Which are best to visit for the least fattening food?
What fast food places do you still eat at?
Anymore places I missed?
I believe that a few are improving their selections. Like Wendy's or Arby's. xD But the others...Ugh.
I never eat at those. Taco bell occasionally. I think Wendy's holds the least fattening selection out of that bunch. In all honesty I still eat at taco bell all the time, Hardy's, and Arby's. Their too good. But McDonald's and Burger King make me want to puke. they're so greasy...

Is any food in America healthy any more? xD Every time I turn around someone's saying 'You can't eat that! It's too fatty!' Or it's been contaminated or something like that.
I don't know which has the most or least fattening foods. I don't stress over that kind of stuff.
I eat at Wendy's, Taco Bell, McDonald's, and occasionally I'll get some Curly Fries from Arby's. I despise Burger King. They don't know how to make milkshakes and apparently, I can't have a cheeseburger unless I'm a kid. =/

No fast food place have ever been healthy xD I mean as long as you don't eat them everyday there not that bad. There was a documentary called Super Size Me were this guy ate nothing but Mc.d's for a month >.< And by the end his livers were the same as a alcoholic who had been drinking all his life and he gained like 10-30pounds. The movie was gross D:

From your list I've onl ever been to McDonalds and Burger King. I don't actually think there is a such thing as healthy fast food place! I think that as long as you only eat fast food occasionally it's nt going to affect you that bad...personally I love McDonalds but I hate Burger King but if I had the choice I wouldn't eat fas food at all...I'd rather eat somewhere nice, the only problem is that all the nice places are too expensive!

well, fast foods are offering "healthier" choice, but be warned. even the so called healthy choices in fast foods aren't even that healthy. for instance, i hear that some of the salads, such as the grilled chicken salad, at mcdonalds are just as fattening as the big mac because of the dressing. so much for healthy choices.

When I worked at McDonalds all of the food started to get boring... so I'd come up with some of my own.
But I do like the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle with bacon added to it... or the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit with the bacon on the side.
At Burger King, I like the French Toast Sticks and I like their bacon double cheeseburgers plain.
I eat at like all of the fast food places... It's all about moderation though.

Ever since I was forced to watch, or in my case listen to
(I refused to watch)
that McDonald's documentary, I've never eaten at any fast food place since.
Except Subway. *grin*

Nowadays given the choice I'll eat at Hardees, Subway or Wendys (if there's a Wendys around, then I'll go for Hardees if I'm in a burger mood). I eat at Mcdonalds since I work there, but when I'm not paying for school and have more money I'll just walk next door to Subway and get a sandwich or a pizza or something.

Only fast food I like is Taco Bell, and I only eat 2 things off the menu as it is.
I was never raised on fast food, and being a vegetarian fast food places don't really offer that much... unless you want greasy side dishes etc.
But forever and ever I will eat the cheese quesadilla and cheesy feista potatos at TacoBell. And the occasional Taco Salad with no meat and no beans :XXX

the thing about fast food is it is just that, fast food. It is a clever disguise for the true spellling, fats foods. YOu see, there is very food that is healthy, even places such as sitdown resturants probably all serve fatrening foods. Tryying to find a healthy fast foood resturante is like trying to find the pig tht has wings out of it butt, it aint not gonna happpen.......
