hello my friends. I've been gone visiting family for about 2 weeks. and now I'm home and exhausted. how is everybody else doing?

i am tired but okay. how was the family?

the family was good ... apparently somebody has called CPS on me. The real CPS. they showed up today with a cop in tow. I have until Monday to make my apartment spotless or they are going to take my son away. as it is he is staying with family until then and he can not set foot in the house until then. needless to say, I'm not in such a good mood.

my house is trashed. it's beyond not being a neat freak. right now it's so bad you'd ALMOST want to call those cleaning shows to come help me. He is staying with my sister and possibly her friends and mine until Monday. That gives me one room per day to get it down to the floor boards clean.

I can't believe I let it get this bad. I hadn't realized. I mean, I knew it was bad, and intended to start cleaning today anyway. but to have a chick with a cop show up at your door saying your kid couldn't be there? ...

i still dont think your house could be so bad that it is a danger to your child.

considering you are mainly a neat freak. maybe you can have some friends help you ro soemthing....? who called cps on you for your house not being ocd clean?

I found out that while I was gone on vacation my management did an "inspection" ... they saw how thrashed my apartment was and called CPS.

none of my friends have the time to help me (having their own kids and appointments and stuff). besides, as hard as this is, I really want to do it myself right now.

I understand how you feel, Crazy.... :( Well, kinda, anyway. I've dealt with CPS from the "C" part of it.
They're not fun, and they're fairly useless (you lose your kid because of mess, and they leave me with a crack-addict stepmom. *rolls eyes* Good job, guys.)

thanks! yeah, you'd be pretty surprised some of the things CPS won't take the kids away for. I mean, I know of a chick where her son said something to her (she still won't tell me) so she punched him in the mouth and broke some of his teeth! CPS wouldn't do a damn thing.

Yeah, they pretty much fail at life.

really they are about as useless as Green Peace. or cops, they're never around when some fool is driving like a mad hatter, but the second you do something wrong they magically appear.

I totally pissed my dad off once when we got pulled over for a busted taillight (followed by a seatbelt ticket) and I asked the cop, "So, uh, you not good enough to go find some real criminals?"
He ignored me 'cause I was a kid, but my dad yelled at me later. XD

you know, we have thought that many a time. but I have heard it from other comediennes ..okay, I know iIm like mid-train of thought right now, but I SO that I keep nodding off in m chair. type at you later!

well, not much right now. just trying to get as much event time as I can on the few bits and pieces of time I have online to do it.

same here its a good thing that all the threads im in are star item able, plus some event pages too

well that's a good thing! I'm still trying to play catchup on getting the items. but I can do it I'm sure.

i think everyone here is looking to get as many items as they can so i sorta know the feeling i got my head band!
