I love that movie, my favourite part is when they are all whistling the tune from The Bridge on The River Kwai in the library, I just love all the Brat Pack movies, ...except for Pretty in Pink I didn't really like that one.

The first time I saw this movie I cried. It is such an amazing movie! My favorite character is Brian. I can relate to him the most. And I love his complete dorkiness!

shoot, I feel like most people fall in love w/ this movie in high school. Even though its a little dated, the stereotypes are still applicable, even the members of the faculty. It used to be a staple for me and my friends back in high school. Sitting around at a friends house, "anything on?" "no." "Got any new movies?" "no" "Wanna slap on the breakfast club?" "but we watched that last weekend." "Got any other suggestions then?" "no." "Wanna watch the breakfast club?" "alright." Shoot just the other weekend me and my girlfriend watched it. It had been so long, but still was very entertaining.

It is a classic and I find it funny. Ironic though that it is rated 'R', that is news to me!

It's super-cheesy and super-silly, but I love it anyway. xP It's not like, my favourite movie or whatever, but I think it's good for a laugh. :'D It's just one of those sort of... comfortable, familiar movies that you can watch and just chill out. :B

One of my favorite movies.
It's so funny and like others have said, the stereotypes are still out there.

Wow, really?
It seemed PG13 to me.
But, then again, I was watching it on television so they obviously took out a lot of R content.

Ah, love that movie. I always watch it when it's on TV. It's funny, since it's still accurate... or maybe that's sad..? Society hasn't changed much has it?

My wife & I own the 'High School Reunion' DVD set
(Breakfast Club, Weird Science, Sixteen Candles)

and we've expanded on it with 'Ferris Bueller's Day Off', & 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High'

In the day (lol) alot of the guys wanted to be with Molly Ringwald but... Ally Sheedy was more like the girls I hung out with in school.

...besides, I liked her quirkiness in 'The Breakfast Club'.

When I first heard about the movie, I was genuinely curious. Closed-settings rarely seem to work out well, but, when they do, it's amazing. The Breakfast Club is a prime example of an excellent closed-setting film. It forces you to look at the characters. It makes you want to look at the characters. You begin to see their traits, their quirks, and you can fall into the story yourself. That was probably the most endearing quality I noticed. It wasn't a plot driven story. It held a plot, yes, but it was more centered about unadulterated realism and realizations. Characterism. That was what made it amazing to watch, and, oh, I've wanted to watch it again!

Now I think I'm going to run to Blockbusters to see if they have it. If not, Best Buy ahoy!!

That movie has to be one of my favorites! It was so teen! Now a days, the movies that try to be like that stink to high heavens.

I used to really love the Breakfast Club. It's a great movie. However, I've watched it way too many times and am kind of tired of it. xD Give it awhile and I'll love it again. ^_^

Breakfast Club is one of those films that if it's playing on TV I'll more than likely plop myself down and watch it to the end. Never mind that I've seen it many time before.

It (along with 'Sixteen Candles', 'Ferris Beuller,' etc.) was pretty much the origin of the modern "teen flick" that so many have tried (and failed miserably) to emulate every year since.

It's a classic. It's cheesy, depressing, silly, semi-thought provoking, awesome nonsense. It's got a great cast and the soundtrack rocks!

I still can't help but bang my head along to the dance scene and 'We Are Not Alone.' x3

I haven't seen this movie in forever, but I have watched it several times over the years and it is truly a classic. I really liked it a lot as it was hillarious how an unlikely group of students become friends after an all nighter in detention at high school and become known as the Breakfast Club. A good movie for many to enjoy for many years to come!! May the eighties live on!!
