You should go on the front page and then do a manual CTRL+F on the items. Check which ones are on the list and then ask if you can buy it.

Navi has over nine pages of commons and finds it hard to keep track. It would do you both good that way!

But then when you're questing for higher end items/quests, sometimes it pays to stock up on stuff like the Fan/Pudao and let them rot in your inventory then when you need extra cash to get say...the VDay Pin or Boa for someone, you can readily go...
