I agree with that one...some teachers are into teaching just for the money. They don't really care much about the education.

So what do you guys consider good teachers??

Teachers that care more about learning. Like a lot of my teachers teach us something then there like yeah this is going to be on the test. It's like all they care about is giving us the test and junk. I like teachers that don't say that and they care about teaching outside of what we are learning. Like they compare and contrast things we learn to reality. I like that in a teacher and I only had one teacher like that so far.

• Someone that actually cares if students pass the class and get what the teacher is teaching.
  
  The good teachers understand that making students learn is not only about having them read and write, but letting them have a little bit of fun.

Maybe because I go to a small school I get that all the time >.> i actually would like a teacher that would teach a little more to what's on AP tests in AP classes >.>

I agree tyge...the ones that don't care much about testing a student on everything they learn.

Which goes back to the money...you can see what teachers are in it for the money and which ones aren't.

Starting out I don't think teachers are in it for the money because they don't make alot of money when they first start teaching...

  I used a lot of my VB6 and C programs to get into the PHP of the BOE. Then I just finalize the firing from there.
