Yeah.
But it's really hard when nobody makes new topics constantly.
There should be more topics.
Makes things easier.
For everyone.

Ah yes, the fact this place is a bit slower than other places doesn't help at all. That's the downside to a forum with a small community - though I do enjoy the cosy, close feeling you get on sites like this.

I keep meaning to make topics but I can never think of anything good. Which is a pity, as I believe that here, you earn a tiny bit of gold for every post somebody makes in one of your topics.
Perhaps I'll go and think of something really controversial and stick it in the Debates forum. That's a good one for long posts and extended discussions.

Pshhh, new topics are overrated. D<
Just make a topic in General Discussion, and just talk and talk and talk and talk about random things. :D
And also, it helps to NEVER abbreviate. It may be extra effort, but hey, that means TONS more tenths of gold. :D :D :D

... xD

Yeah.
My topics are never very controversial.
Or interesting.
So I have to resort to witty.
Which I fail at, mostly.

Well hopefully, I will somehow be able to get atleast a pair of bottoms sometime soon, so I will not have to walk around having everyone seeing my pretty white panties!

Hah, yes, when all else fails, go for amusing people. That usually works. And it is hard to think of something to post when everyone else has discussed all the important topics... there's only SO many times people can argue about religion and politics, and it's always the same old stuff over and over again.

Well, there's always the debates forum!
I've been itching to post a debate involving something about the gay community... Although, since today's Oprah was about polygamy, I'm now extremely intrigued, and want to do something involving that... Eventually. D:

You could always bring up the point that if everything was created through occurences using gravity and the elements, then, what may I ask, created the elements, and Gravity.

Ooh, polygamy would be an interesting one! There's already too many arguments about the queers, it gets tedious.

Ayane Saku: Elements are created in the heart of stars by the reactions involved - stars are gigantic fusion reactors. I know there is a theory to explain how hydrogen and helium formed in large enough quantities to make the stars in the first place, but I've forgotten it at the moment.
Gravity's an interesting one, though. I think Einstein said it was actually an illusion created by the shape of four-dimensional spacetime. And there's some theory about graviton particles and stuff too.
I wish I could remember this stuff better, I have this excellent book about the Big Bang and the formation of the universe at home. It's fascinating stuff. Science doesn't have an answer for a lot of the big questions, apart from saying 'well, it kinda happened by accident'. But at least scientists are always trying to discover new things and constantly testing out their ideas, which is better than blind faith.

Ayane, that's an awesome viewpoint. o.o
I seriously never considered it that way. It's very logical and controversially obvious. xD
But ultimately, well... -shrug-

I should make a topic about Solipsism, someday.
It's pretty neat.

Hah, yeah, it is odd when you're in your newb clothing to try and be serious. I can remember posting around here and thinking "nobody's going to listen to my argument when I'm standing around in my underpants".

Phrank: Good a theory as any! I always kind of liked the Egyptian idea that one of the gods brought himself into being by saying his own name. I just love the mind-bendingly circular logic of that.

I believe that everything is a part of my mind, and everything's an illusion.
So I created everything.
And everything that happened before I was 'born' never really happened.

Yeah.
Blind faith never really worked for me.
Since obviously I need HARDCORE evidence that somethings true.
After I told people about Solipsism for the next few weeks everyone was all 'So... I don't exist?'
'Me pinching you isn't really happening?'
'What happens when you die?'
It was really annoying.

Well, I'd agree Frank, but for the fact it's clearly YOU that doesn't exist.
...And the world only exists when I look at it. I love the concept of there just being blank white space behind me, and the world ceasing to actually be until I observe it. It's a bit like the whole tree falling in the forest Zen thing. But more egocentric.

That's extremely intriguing, but I'm actually a strong believer in reincarnation myself. xP
I don't follow any organized religion at ALL, but reincarnation is one belief that'll stay with me for the rest of my life, unconditionally. :3

Yeah.
Some people think I'm completely insane for it.
Like, when we leave a room, some people still go
'So that room doesn't exist anymore?'
It bothers me.
I mean, really, just Wikipedia it if you're going to ask so many questions.
Just because I'm a Solipsist doesn't mean I'm all-knowing.
Jeez.

Like with those books where you have to flip to certain pages to see what happens next!

...Or not. I always kept my thumbs in between the pages so I could go back and change my mind if something bad happened. You can't do that in real life. Which is a pity, actually.
