Here is what my boss says.

She says that lately she hasn't been talking to me because of the fact that when I come in I don't say hi or good morning or anything like that. She says that in her culture (she's chinese) that all younger people show respect by addressing their elders first.

The frustrating thing about that, is that 1) I'm not chinese and thus do not know her customs, and 2) she shouldn't treat me worse than everyone because of that.

She gets mad when I'm a little bit late every so often when everyone else is always at least 10 min late every day. And when I do something wrong, she automatically gets mad at me even when there's someone else that is just as much to blame.

Kyou: That is probably really frustrating.

@ Kyou - I say you should quit and find a different job! ^_^

Dragoness: Agree.

Kyou: Before you quit see if you can get a job in a another place :O

Well, tomorrow I'm gonna speak my mind to her. I might lose my job, but at this point I really don't care
