Me too, but knowing what to yell out and when is a lot of fun...
I'm one of those obnoxious people that knows the lines word for word and the audience participation lines word for word...
I still love sitting and watching it at home, but it makes me sing, I can't help it...

I loved the movie. Couldn't stop laughing the first time I saw it. My favourite part was the Time Warp scene. You just can't help but dance or laugh at that song. All over, a weird but still awesome movie. I would say it's a must see for those that can handle it. ^.~

I ADORE the Rocky Horror Picture Show. My best friend and I watch it every time we meet (and have a specific set of rituals to follow while watching it). We do the Time Warp in public and pretty much worship Frank--and Tim Curry in general. My favourite scene would have to be when Frank sings "Sweet Transvestite". Such a catchy tune; I always feel the need to sing along.

I just plain love rocky horror
especially the scene where they meet dr. Scott for the first time
and also all the songs, except for the one that janet sings alone
sure I do like the lyrics in touch me, but not when she sings it
I'am not sure if i like the fact that they have made all the characters so stereotypical.
But I do LOVE the movie >w< <3

oh, and me and my friends always quotes the part
Quote:
"- okay... okay? Well I think we can do better than that, Brad and Janet what do you think of him?
- Well, I don't like men with to many muscles...
- I didn't make him for you. He carries the Charles Atlas seal of approval!"
all that we quote as soon as one of us says "Okay" almost.

Great musical and movie. Amazing songs and Tim Curry really knows how to rock a corset. Not very many men, or women for that matter, can rock a corset like that.

I love the movie! Its a classic and i dont think i will ever forget it lol.
Its one of those movies that you dont tire after seeing it for the 30th time in one month.

My favorite scene has to be the Time Warp.
The music was great and the characters were just flat out awesome.

I have just seen "Rocky Horror Show" which is the play, and I msut say that was quite enjoyable. A lot of screaming. It is a heck of a lot dirtier than the film-there are very few times you can cheer on gay sex, you be your arse I did! ^.^

Love it Love it Love it

I hoping to go see a stage show or a midnight showing sometime! Just think, the whole play was written in one weekend. The songs are super catchy and i have a giggle in every time i hear Toucha Toucha Touch me.I think my favourite character is Magenta, she is such a good actor. Patricia suites Magenta's character so well! I love Riff-Raff's extremely close relationship with his sibling, Magenta. Groupies that flash, ex-delivery boys who love rock n roll, trannies, domestics... Narrators with no necks ( i had to do it ><) How can you not love it? But... I think im loving Shock Treatment more than Rocky Horror. Sadly none of my friends are fans of Rocky Horror, i dont think half of them have actually seen it! My Aunty is a very big fan of it. She used to go to midnight showings when she was going to colledge. She told me a story about how some rice go stuck in her coat when she was around, lets say upper class people at some colledge thing.

Now for Shock Treatment. Once again its songs are catchy and the story is just amazing. The only thing that peeves me is that the actors for the characters arent the same.. Like the chick that plays Janet.. SHE DOESNT LOOK A THING LIKE HER! But once again Richard O'Brien (was riff-raff now Dr.Cosmo Mckinley)is playing brother and sister with Patricia Quinn (was Magenta now Dr. Nation McKinley) and thier relationship is even tighter ;) So that makes up for the crummy actors.

Edit: I want to go to the screening and stage shows to partici...pate :)

I used to love it and am sure I still would.

I haven't seen it for years but when I was younger I saw it countless times. Sadly, I hardly remember it now, I'm thinking I should definitely see the film again. :)

Ok, please say I am not barking up the worng tree here but is the Rocky Horror Picture Show not just one of the best films ever!
Incase some people don't know the story here is a quick summary:
Brad and Janet, after the wedding of their friends, announce their engagment. They go to tell their friend Dr.Scott. They take the wrong fork and end up in a large castle. The door is opened by a wierd looking guy named Riff-Raff. Him, his sister Magenta and a groupie named Columbia do the Time warp, then we meet Dr.Frank-N-Furter. He is dressed in womens lingerie, explains to Brad and Janet that he's a sweet transvestite, he invites them to his lab for the unveiling of his creation. Up in that lab his creation, Rocky is "born". Then Eddie, an ex- delivery boy comes out, sings a song, kisses Columbia, then Frank murders him with a pick-axe. Then Brad and Janet go to their separate rooms and each get seduced by Frank. Janet than has a romantic interlude with Rocky. Dr. Scott shows up, Frank is mad at Rocky, then they all have dinner. Then Frank reveals that the large piece of meat they are eating in actually Eddie. He then turns everyone into stone (excluding Riff-Raff and Magenta), then there is a floor show. Everyone sings, there's an orgy in the pool, and then Riff-Raff and Magenta come in, taking over. Riff kills Columbia, Frank and Rocky then Dr.Scott, Brad and Janet escape, and they beam the whole house to planet Transsexual in the galaxy of Transylvania. Did I mention the whole thing is narrated by the Criminologist, and this is a musical?
So, what I want to know is:
Did you see it?
Did You like it:
Do you know the Timewarp?

Okay, that is probably the worst synopsis of the Rocky Horror Picture Show I've ever seen, not to mention you gave away the ending to anybody who hasn't watched it yet...

I've spent many a Friday night watching this movie armed with all of the appropriate necessities!

Kinmotsu: I didn't say anywhere you had to like my synopsis did I? Anyway I was kind of in a rush when I wrote it. If you want to write a better one by all means go ahead!

Porkbackfat: Yeah, I have spent a few Friday nights watching it with my friends too, I lured everyone into the ways of the transvestite :D
That is an awesome site, when I get home I shall take a proper look at it :D

I just got through watching it like a week ago with my cuz. I told her that they'd have to get some pretty weird/stupid people to play in the movie. But the whole reason people liek it was because it was so dang weird! :D Yeah, I know almost all of The Time Warp, it ws my fave song in the intire movie. I liked it when (was it Culumbia?) did the sweet tap dancing.

The only thing better than watching this movie is being in a shadowcast. I'm part of the San Antonio cast, which, for now, goes by the name of Absolute Pleasure. My first role was Magenta, but since then I have played Dr. Scott, Eddie, Brad, Janet, and Riff Raff. We perform every last Thursday of the month (and yes, we even did a Thanksgiving show) and I was Riff last night. It's always a blast.

Anybody have favorite callouts for when you go see the film in theatres? My favorite is when Brad, Janet, Riff and Magenta are getting into the elevator with Frank, to yell "Hey Magenta, what do you do when your vibrator's stuck in neutral?" and she yells "SHIFT IT!" at Riff.

I love this movie!! I remember when my dad first rented the movie for me, I was in middle school. Since then, every Halloween I watch it, along with Little Shop of Horror. I loved Magenta! I've always wanted to dress up as her. This movie is just a lot of fun :3

That movie is CHILDHOOD to me. I started watching it since I was 6. [Which is why I'm so weird and have a thing for transvestites...^^;]

I got my friend to watch it and now we randomly start singing the Time Warp song. Ah. Such a good song. I was, and still am, surprised that the actor who plays Frankfurter was the actor who played Pennywise/IT the clown from Stephen King's book-made-into-movie IT. I still cant watch it cause its terrifying. @[email protected];;; [I cant watch horror movies, I get scared to easily.]

My sister and I also love Rocky horror. I want to see the play so badly! [It was a play before it became a movie, I did not know this until July.] It comes to a city near me once a year in Spring. Gotta go see it.

Lets do the time warp again~
