Hmmm no, I don't think you would be a sacrifice. The way I fugure, your soul would be added with a bunch of other creepy ingredients to create a serum or liquid, which the warlock/demon/witch would then ingest and gain immortality.... Thats just my guess, of course. In no way am I planning on using your soul for immortality *shifty eyes*
