My dads usually not around. He's a truck driver, so he's usually always at work. :/
But my mom and I argue all the time. But if I snap at my dad, then I get in trouble with my mom. ><;;

My dad is a truck driver as well, but he is a line hauler and only works nights. So yeah...he can still deal with me...

Bloodstained- i am sorry, but I am not willing to hold for a few weeks. :/ I can give you up to a week at most.

My dad is one that drives for 5 days, and then gets 2 days off, and then drives 5 more days, and so on and so forth. Or its something like that, but I know he's only ever home for 2 days, unless they dont have any loads for him, or he calls in sick.

My dad works 4 days a week. he gets 3 day weekends lol i envy him.

Suona- that is pretty much how my dads runs are. However, each person has a mandatory weekend they must work unless enough people volunteer to work that weekend. If my dad has enough hours/mileage/whatever, he will generally volunteer to work saturdays to bring in more cash. so yeah... :/
I am happy he works with the company he does now, because until I was 4 or 5, his runs would either be like your dads or take him out of state for a while.

Yeah, when I was really little my dad would be gone for a couple weeks sometimes. He'd go way out of state, too, so I know how that is. We didn't see him too much when we were really young, but he has done a good job at supporting this family and is a hard worker. :]
Its a bit sad, though, to think that probably half his life has been spent driving. :( I'm sure he gets so lonely being stuck in that truck for so long.
