ONE time someone gave me NUTS!!! wtf?

Erm well, I got some Play-do o_o*cough*I wanted Play-do instead of the pencils :3*, along with a giant Hershey Chocolate Bar <3, like the ones you buy when your at the Register at a Store, I also got a bag of Chips, and some Popcorn, er and candy o_o. I just hated the icky Candies I got, like the ones wrapped up and are really tiny like chewy Gumballs o_o or something.

Hehe. Come to Canada, everything is SO awesome! At least where I live..

I got starburst.. skittles.. etcetc. :]

CHIPS too <3

The most digusting thing I got was twizzlers.. Uggh. </3

I don't like receiving gum. I have never liked it, and I don't suppose I ever will, so I would just get really angry when I'd find it in my bag.

As for getting things I liked, chocolate was ALWAYS the best. Three Musketeers bars are my ultimate favorite, then KitKats. If I got a good amount of either of those, it was a good night. I didn't trick-or-treat this year, since I'll be 18 this month, but I did hand out candy. I dressed up as a fairy princess, and I went all out: makeup, eyelashes, PROM DRESS, fairy wings and tiara, and all for eight trick-or-treaters. D:

I went and got some wierd vanilla orange cupcakie looking thing on a popsicle stick, and I'm not about to put it i my mout cause I think it might be chicken flavored... I kid you not, wish I could send a picture of this odd thing.

One of my friends got a quarter.
Mints. Bleck. Mints. And popcorn. What kind of treat is freaking popcorn?!!
Thats about it. The street I went to got some great candy.
Full size candy bars and skittles and stuff. XD

I got pretzels.

I've gotten a toothe brush, dental floss....someone had the nerve to hand out condoms o.O; I think my parents were a little shocked at this D:

I only went to a few houses with my little sister (she made me go, as its the last year before I'm "officially" too old), and didn't get much.
I did get gummy "sour fries", a gummy sour burger, gummy hot dog, gummy cola...

A whole gummy meal and a half. o_O;

I got 2 cans of pop (normal)
I got TONS of chips
and I HATE IT
when people give you fruit.

I hate it when people give out licorice. That stuff is so nasty. ;.; I'm cool with popcorn, pretzels, money, and chips though. It's just as good.

I think the weirdest thing I got was when I was trick or treating with my best friend and her little cousin. A man dressed up as a female nazi (wtf?!) gave out barbie dolls to me and my friend, who were girls, and a hot wheels car to my friend's cousin because he was a boy. We were too busy staring at the guy wondering why the heck he was dressed like that to worry about what he'd given us. o.O

But candy is so expensive these days

Oh man! xD This year was the best for me. i got my favourite type of candy bar [Hershey's Cookies & Cream *__* <3], a package with two chocolate chip cookies that weren't stale in them, hot chocolate mix, and Ritz crackers. xD And good chips. <3

Although i wouldn't mind hot dogs! O:

We don't celebrate halloween over here.
Well, except for a few cities.
I wish we did though, it sounds like so much fun.

LOL I had an old lady give us all peanuts this year, I was surprised we didn't get anything bad (Like candy corn) only thing was people where serious cheap scapes D:<

Ummm.... i sat around a fire with my mother and our neighbors in the backyard... Every now and then I put on a pair of black faerie wings that I bought at Walmart when I went to get candy.... and gave candy to stranger's kids, and even a parent. haha. I think one cluster of them had people from the highschool in it. I felt.. old. I'm 16, but I dropped out to get my GED and go to college...

Fooking smarties.

I know what you mean, Twizzlers are great. I used to eat them all the time, but just the smell of black licorice can make me sick.

I got oranges from a neighbor of mine once. Oranges, for Halloween; how does that make sense? My mom was enraged and threw them away because back in the 70's some kids were poisoned from getting apples from a neighbor on Halloween in my state. Yuck.

  Probably because I never really celebrated Halloween by going trick or treating or anything, my opinion is biased. I just find anyone who complains about what they got are being...well, bratty. No one is obligated to give you anything in the first place. They're spending their money and their time and all you do is whine. Just go shopping and buy your own candy if you're so fussy. *shrugs*
  
  *sighs* This is why I appreciate events like New Year...where family and friends give you the red envelopes. No dangers of getting poisoned or kidnapped, and we had to show respect to whoever presented us gifts...
