They're so bad for you. The FDA hasn't even approved Monsters yet, they've just approved some of things that go into Monsters. Like bull testosterone and things of that nature. Most energy drink are bad for you, loaded up with sugar then caffeine to help do the trick. Very unhealthy and they're causing tons of health issue with youth because the youth thinks it cool to drink them. Coffee is one thing but Bull testosterone??? eewww, no thank you.

this is sort of an energy drink, there are these 2 alcoholic drinks in Australia(not sure if other countries have them) that you get in a can, tastes like an energy drink has vodka and each different flavoured can has a different stimulant eg. gurana, caffeine and taurine with different flavors in it, they are called elevate and pulse. They are 8% alcohol content per i think 300ml can. I love them!

Out of all energy drinks i prefer Red Bull and Burn, though the second one colors your tounge in red, what kind of sucks.

up the road tehre is a shop from my school that sells cheaper versions for 35p(i live in england)

thats well cheap and it tastes no different and i get one like everyday

msot people hate them because i msut admit they have a weird taste a bit like marmite you either love it or hate it i guess

I like redbull, there is this really disgusting energy drink called Mother, I had one once when I was out with friends and I was the designated driver so I couldn't drink..and that was the only energy drink being sold...it tastes like ginger or something..so gross

One I had, called Cocaine.... I don't think it's allowed in the states anymore...
It gave you a burning sensation through your throat lining and nasal passages.
It wasn't a carbonation burn, it was a nasty, kind of.. chemical burn. ._.
It was VILE.

I love energy drinks. For a few years I've been trying different ones. it was mostly when I was a sophomore/junior because I kinda stopped for a bit. xD I've heard about one called Cocaine and I really want to try it.

I adore my energy drinks and will only drink them when I feel I really need them, such as when I am going for a night out on the town as I don't drink alcohol. I love drinking v energy drink as I think that tastes the nicest. I can't stand the taste of redbull for some reason, it taste flat and boring to me.

Seems like you actually psyche yourself out of them giving you energy.

Energy drinks do give you energy, though you've gotta understand why they give you a sudden boost: It's the sugar rush you get initially, and that wears down. The caffeine doesn't actually affect you for a couple of hours after you consume it, by which time you've usually either done what you needed to do using the energy from the sugar, or just gone on thinking that it did nothing.

Thought the effect of a single energy drink's worth of caffeine is mild at best - but if you have much more than one, you'll feel sick from the other 'energy' additives. If I actually wanted to stay awake, I'd take a couple of extra dexys. Though that's not for everyone, being that to get them illegally is expensive and, well, illegal.

Well, I have no clear opinion of energy drinks, other than that they could be bad for me. I was ofered a can of energy drink called "Burn", but I had to refuse it since I was wearing braces back then.

No, I definitely do NOT drink energy drinks...I know that they are really bad for you, etc...but w/e. It's fine for people who do drink them.

I just don't really like the feeling of being REALLY hyper and then crashing...coffee can sometimes do that to me, but I love coffee. <3

I drink a little bit of Monster when my boyfriend brings them home. I don't think I've ever had a whole one though. They're a lot better tasting than most things I've had, like sodas and other energy drinks. RedBull tastes like crap to me and so do a few others whose names I can't remember right now. o.o;;

I don't mind XS... that actually is decent.

But if I want a pcik-me-up I usually make myself a nice cup of hot tea... usually Chai or Earl Grey. :3
They also help me write more eloquent papers for classes as well as tastes delicious.
Tea is also way better for you than energy drinks or coffee, because the antioxidents in tea help keep your blood clean. :3

I can't drink energy drinks. Caffeine has a reverse affect on me so they just put me to sleep.

Mmm. I'm fond of Monsters.. But mostly Rockstar Juice. If I start to drink too much.. I just drink V8! <3~

Energy drinks are NASTY. D: I prefer soda or tea. But man, I used to know this one girl who drank 5 red bulls a day. D: And someone got her German Red Bull for her birthday. She's fricking insane. :X

I'd rather get 60 grams of sugar from candy...granted candy has more fat and calories and such, but then I just eat spinach and lean chicken or oatmeal for dinner.

Caffeine doesn't do anything to me...I mean, I feel slightly more awake if I have a lot of caffeine mixed with a lot of sugar, but really, I'm the same no matter what.
