this is how an event goes
An NPC which is a non playable character will pop up on your screen

if you think about the NPC's like yummy, Vicky, Mr. Mayor. this things are just like.. a Little Animal, or some weird object, would be on your screen.
for the Halloween.
When you'd click around on the site. something would pop up saying
you have found one candies! [Claim it!]
Youd click the blue link and you'd have a candy.
When you find the NPC. click it. and you can treat the candies for an item. BUT! you get clues where to find it.. you arn't allowed to get answers out. but you can help people. okay say if the NPC was on the Games Page. You can Say. "Go where fun can be played" But you cant say something like "go to the games page"
