I'm doing well. I'm gonna go for a run, soon, before it gets dark. I just started a running program, and am trying very hard to keep up with it despite hating running. XD

Well, I'm dressed for running, but it's getting dark, so I don't think I'll run outside (besides the possibility of dangerous people about, that also means it will be colder, and that I'll be less likely to see any ice still on the sidewalks). Instead I'm going to run in place for my designated amount of time. It's probably about the same thing.

Anything is better than nothing. You're doing way more than me. :XD

You should have run outside, it's so warm up here and there's so little snow and ice as well, or at least those two things apply to up here in Southern Ontario. >w< Which technically should be colder than the US since it's Norther. >w<
