Well it does bare major resemblances, I mean the same emotes, etc. But I've been on just regular forums with that stuff. They are just naive xD. Or they were introduced to Mene as a "gaia rip-off" and refuse to see it as anything else.

I know! People just don't understand that some people don't want to sell to make profit, they want to sell to get little items instead of one big item. I mean I am not looking for exact value obviously, but I won't sell them for 2Omill under the going price O.o. They also think I'm dumb because I don't exchange, I'm just friends with the exchangers xD. Do they not think I ask my friends before selling? haha.

Well if I really sit and think about it, I joined Gaia in 2OO3 so I must have been...15? Something like that, so I guess I was young when I started. xD It just doesn't seem that long. I used to play on a site called Whyville, and I joined that in 2OO1, then in like 2OO5 or something I had to give my account to a much younger friend, it just seemed weird going on the site, it's literally for children, they have like words you can't say and shit. It's a lot of fun though, you have like eating games to stay healthy and if you screw up your little character goes green xD And you can design clothing! I used to spend hours pixeling away xD. Then you submit and hope it gets accepted, then all the gold used to buy the item goes into your pocket. It's pretty sweet. 'Cept gold was called "clams" xD

Haha Cigarette, I remember that. You know what, that's funny you say that about the donation. I was in a thread today in the exchange. (dotty's making this huge auction for Xeroxer because of his loss blahblahblah, I adore them so I said I would help out, and it was autobought for 13mill I think O:) anyways, in was Drisseh. She just kept handing donations out to people (she was the bid on the auction). She gave 4OOk to some girl she didn't know, gave an angelic scarf to someone else, or something like that. Anywho, afterwards there were so many of the people in the thread talking about their quests and what they wanted, I was just disgusted. I guess others didn't see it, but it was obviously said just in hope to get something. So stupid.

Yeah I don't know if I will still be on in two years..but it's fun to imagine it xD.

Alright I went through the shops to find it XD They are called "Priest of Fire" and "Priest of Water". Now that you say it, it's true it does look airbrushed XD. And I went to find out how much the shirt was and couldn't find it in the shops, thats when I realized it was a limited item. So I think I will settle on just the regular yellow top, looks the same but doesn't have the cat [:. But either way I have lots of time to do w/e so we'll see. Slippers first, they are so cute. xD

It's true, it does and it's pretty pathetic. I hate pity cries. Well I know there are different ways of glitching and the what not, but she doesn't. So in a PM I asked "Well you still have all your items on?" and she explained that the "hacker" just deleted her avatar in order to take her things without her knowing. So then since she used the original way I just went to her profile and viewed the coding source. If you glitch your avatar by just deleting the entire thing, then the items won't appear in the code box, at least they shouldn't >.> Well hers did...so I told her that. And she immediately started to pretend that I was talking to the hacker and he was just going to get some shit and leave the account. And in the end he was like "Oh and im going to mess up the profile" XD Come on, hackers dont care about that shit. Then she msged me from another account and got her friends to msg me too, which is weird because we weren't really good friends, if she was hacked she wouldn't have msged me xD. It was just way too obvious, I mean if you are going to fake your hacking, at least try to be good about it. BUT, I probably wouldn't have thought anything of it, because she was a friend, had she not been around me for a week in advance trying to get a profile. Like you know when someone wants something they act all sweet and talk about how they are broke and stuff. xD I am just not an idiot haha.

Well, Josh (the sort-of former owner of this site) put up an ad for Menewsha on tektek. Unfortunately, the banner said something along the lines of "Bored of Gaia? Join Menewsha!" That pissed off a lot of Gaians and Menewshans alike, and also brought a whole wave of nooby Gaians. XD But in fairness, some decent people did join Mene. P: The wording for that ad was poor though, and it was a stupid move. But I heard Josh was 16 or something. He's done exceptionally well for a kid his age. :O

Maybe Drisseh is a mule? It seems that many older Gaians have switched to brand new accounts. I sometimes look at rich 'new' accounts and wonder if I know who they are. D: Oh, you're different then because you weren't sucking up. XDD I guess not everyone who says "no, don't leave!" is sucking up, but it sorta makes me wonder why the heck they would say that. Really? :o Perhaps you need to get used to the hairpins. XDDD The sunflower is probably the biggest hairpin. XD And ooh yeah, hair does make a big difference. :o I alternate between a few different hairstyles because not all of them suit my outfit. I like my current one because it frames the face better and makes the eyes look cuter. I usually use the really long hairstyle (the one you had previously) because it adds colour all the way along the avatar. But it makes the face look really weird, and I have to wear an eyepatch with it. XD

I totally forgot Gaia used to be called Go-Gaia. XD I remember being all ugh at the new Gaiaonline name because I didn't think it sounded as good. ;^; Lmao, that's quite the inventory blowout! Well they had this little "ackbars face factory" and it gave you this little square and you would make stuff. The things looked different than they did here obviously...but there were quite a few really good artists out there :O. And then when tablets were the big phase this one girl started drawing and making things, diggitydang, she was really good. But it was just like this type of site. The newbies bought the less expensive uglier crap and the ones with lots of clams bought the higher end items xD. The best part is by playing games you raised you "salary" and every day you would get your salary, the only way to earn clams. xD Then when you would make an item, you can price it as high as your salary was and that was it not higher. Then throughout the years it turned like any exchange site and older items where the user was banned or stopped playing and therefore unable to restock the item became rare. At one point i had stopped coming on and then restarted a year later and didn't know this and I had all the hairs XD. Needless to say when I gave my account away to Dhiya there was a huge drama xD. "WHY DID YOU GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT AWAY?" hahaha. I loved it.

You can still ghost avatars by just deleting them. xD I think at one point it didn't work, but it does now..however you eventually turn into a shadow I think whenever a mod finds out or something. She was nuts. The worst part is, I would have given her one, had she just asked..I'm not heartless! And she already had a profile from me...she just wanted a new one xD. Girls, I don't get them. Nah you have you play games to make your salary go up. I had mine up to 13O clams xD but there were a few games left. And they have games that can only be played at certain times of the year too. And they have flu shots and stuff it's so funny xD. But okay. Say you make eyes and put them at 5Oclams each. Every time someone buys them you get 5O clams :P. Unfortunately though in the end it was getting to be that so many people were submitting so many dumb designs and it was hard to go through them all that they made the factory only available to people with passes (kinda like buying DI) and people who found vouchers throughout the site. At one point they had offered "lifetime memberships" and this girl wanted this hair I had so I gave it to her for her account with the membership. YOU'RE NOT ALOUD TO DO THAT THOUGH. So shh. But that was three years ago xD. Then I made lotsa items and therefore increasing my "clams" xD When I left I was said to have the most, mostly because I wouldn't tell anyone how much I had so no one knew. I know I didn't have the most though xD. I would totally bring people over...but the few nice ones I lost touch with the others are still mad at me for giving Dhiya my account and no one else. "You could have at least given out your 2OO1-2OO3 items!" they still tell me that .___.; OH another thing. In 2OO4 they made it so that if you didn't have a membership thing the items you bought after 2OO4 would expire from your inventory after 92 days. So I didn't want to trade anything because then everything would expire xD.

Definitely try it out again! I would love to see it [: The profile she had was free, I liked the art her gf made her and I wanted it to be displayed in a profile (makes my samples look better ;D). That's actually how I met her. I just surprised her with a profile xD. I can't believe she went and ruined that. Loser.
